customers. I would definitely recommend Knock Down Pest Control to anyone needing pest control services! Thank you Rami for understanding and caring for my concern and a fantastic service!

Rami N Was by far the absolute best and never had a dull moment with him, he checked everywhere and showed me signs of some mice in the roof and under the house. By far the best pest inspector I’ve seen I can highly recommend home and the team at knock-down pest control!!

Rami N, came to the house and was fantastic, really friendly, noted all the areas that needed support and also noticed we had mice that needed to be taken care of. I appreciated his attention to detail and support of all our areas. So far we’ve seen a decrease in pests, though he’ll have to return in 2 weeks to finish the job.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Zero Star Experience – Full Day Wasted & Guarantee Not Honoured I am writing this review to warn others about my extremely frustrating experience with Knock-Down Pest Control and their failure to honour their own guarantee. Service Timeline 29 November 2025 I paid $230 for a General Pest Treatment + German Cockroach treatment, with a… Read more

stated guarantee of 3 months external and 6 months internal. I was also advised that cockroach activity may increase initially and that a follow-up may be required.

From the first visit, I already had concerns about the effectiveness and thoroughness of the treatment.

6 January 2026 As cockroach activity was still present, I contacted the office to request a follow-up within the guarantee period.

9 January 2026 I received a written booking confirmation for a “Call Back Treatment – No Charge.” On the day, the appointment was cancelled last minute due to the technician being unwell.

17 January 2026 I called to postpone the rescheduled visit to 20 January due to heavy rain in my area.

21 January 2026 – Full Day Wasted The appointment was scheduled for 7–9am. At 8am, I was told the technician would arrive 10am–1pm. At 12pm, I was told 2–4pm. At 3pm, I was then told they could no longer attend at all and suggested postponing again.

I had spent the entire day waiting, rearranged my schedule, and stayed home, only for them not to turn up at all.

This was extremely frustrating, especially as I had already spent weeks moving furniture into the centre of the house, leaving my home in a messy and inconvenient state while waiting for their service.

I insisted the service must occur the very next day.

22 January 2026 I was told the technician would arrive around 11am. He arrived at 12:15pm.

Final Outcome

The technician briefly looked behind my fridge, identified German cockroaches, and then demanded payment for a second treatment.

This directly contradicted:

Their written “Call Back Treatment – No Charge” confirmation

Their stated service guarantee

What was explained at the time of booking regarding follow-up treatments

When I questioned this, the technician contacted the office. The office staff repeatedly insisted that no payment meant no service, regardless of the guarantee or written confirmation.

I even offered for them to proceed with general cockroach treatment only, without the specialised German cockroach application. They refused unless payment was made.

The technician then walked off without performing any treatment.

Final Thoughts

This experience was exhausting, time-wasting, and unacceptable. Knock-Down Pest Control does not honour their guarantees, repeatedly reschedules appointments, wastes customers’ time, and then pressures customers to pay despite written confirmations stating otherwise.

I am extremely angry and disappointed. Zero stars. Highly NOT recommended.

I genuinely hope no one else has to go through the same frustration I did.

They visited our property twice for German Cockroach pest control - both times with zero results. Avoid this company at all costs

Two guys came in and did job within 10 mins. I am not happy with the professional that came in to do pest control. I had to tell them where to spray chemical as they were too lazy to move furnitures and they did not spray chemical in every corner. I think they are not qualified enough to carry out job. I want a refund or re service as I am not happy with the service. Show details

nooks and crannies I wouldn’t have even thought to check myself.

Rami went above and beyond to identify the source of my ant problem, looking in places I didn’t even know could be contributing to it. His attention to detail was next level, and it gave me so much confidence that the issue was being handled properly, not just temporarily patched up.

He explained things clearly along the way, which I really appreciated, and made sure I understood what he was doing and why. You can tell he genuinely cares about doing a great job and making sure his customers feel comfortable and informed.
