How do I remove the fabric to wash it? It seems very complicated

Hi Gary, Thanks for reaching out with your question! The fabric cannot be removed on our Koala Virtue Office Chair. We have detailed Protect & Care instructions on our website that you can follow to keep it looking ship shape for years to come!

The best tip is "for regular maintenance a damp cloth is all you need. If you have stubborn dirt, use mild soapy water and dry with a soft cloth. Ensure you wipe up spills immediately."

How do I adjust the recline on the office chair I need to adjust the chair to more of an upright position so more back support thanks

G'day Mel, We want you to have all the support you need so we've made it super easy to adjust your chair so it's your perfectly comfy fit! Just pull the lever (the same one you use to adjust the seat height) out towards the side. This will unlock the back and will help it move more freely :)

Hello. I'm interested in buying the Koala Virtue office chair. These reviews say they purchased the chair for $290. It's now advertised for $325 plus isn't available until October. Is it possible to get the chair for the $290? Thank you Stephanie Angel stephanie.angel5@hotmail.com
