I bought the unit in December 2013 and used it successfully once....It is now March 2014 and today I wanted to use the unit a second time.....The power light is on yellow and the unit sounds like the power is flowing but there is no steam being produced...I can't find any instructions so your help would be appreciated, what can i do?
Hi Re your question about the Kogan Foldable, I'm not sure if I can help you or not. I have to say I am really happy with mine and have had no trouble with it at all. I haven't noticed an orange light, only red. I haven't noticed much steam coming out either. However my floors are beautifully clean. I also run over my carpet using the blue frame underneath. ( my carpet is very very low pile though. ) The little leaflet that came with it does tell you where to go for information. Or perhaps just go to the Kogan website, you may find help there. I cant work out how to put on the extra blue frame. Does anyone know. What is it for??
it is just to sit on when doing carpets
Hi Newby, The extra blue frame is a carpet glider. You need to attach it on top of microfiber cloth pad as shown in the point 6 of page 7 in the user manual. You can download the user manual for the steam mop here : external link
