Kogan Agora Smart 4K LED KALED65KU8000SZC (65") Questions & Answers
VerifiedHi Guys,
I bought the TV two years ago and it was doing great job, in the last couple months I noticed the software is getting slow. I followed the article in Kogan website to do software upgrade, it went alright till where the TV should reboot; it shutdown itself instead of rebooting. when I turn it on it shows black screen with KOGAN word for few minutes and turn off again. Tried different USB sticks , different USB port but keep getting the same result. any help please
I've been struggling with mine 49 ku8000szb is stock on Kogan loading any help on how to hardreset or the correct firmware pls
Hi, After doing a firmware update, (so we could get Netflix), the television did not automatically restart as per instructions, the TV now boots up the KOGAN screen and then turns off, I have tried googling to see how to do a factory reset as well as through the KOGAN support page, but it doesn't tell me how to do it with a black screen?? So far no real help from the KOGAN helpdesk. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
I have 96mbps internet speed on my laptop over wifi or connected directly to the modem but I can only get speeds of 1mbps on this tv over wifi and about 10 mbps connected directly to the modem. Netflix apparently needs 20-25 mbps to stream 4K content. Is there any way to speed it up with an update or is it just useless as the 4K uhd netflix tv that it was advertised as?
You'd need to talk to Kogan Tech Support. I use mine with a Tesltra TV box, I've used the internet capability of the TV, but never streamed direct to it. I have had dealings with a guy called Jon at Kogan tech support who I've found very helpful.

RCA connection is not working. Any help?
Hi Heinz, thank you for your question. We are sorry to see that you are having issues with your RCA connections. We can confirm that the RCA 'Coax' connection is the only RCA audio output connection on your TV and, to activate it, you will need to open your TV's 'Sound' menu in the settings app and activate 'SPDIF' mode.

How do I get Freeview tv on Agora 65"?
Jihn - I am sorry - I cannot help you there as I am not wanting Freeview. But I think you just go in to Google and download the Freeview Ap. Send Kogan a message might be the best.
Use a fetch tv box. It is the only way. Annoying isn’t it
You will need a digital amplifier plugged into your antenna cable. I did this and now i have over 100 channels
