Very good service again – Cancelled earlier Kogan policy when sold vehicle - very efficient, no questions or sales pitches from anAustralian call. Just took out another comprehensive policy for the new vehicle and Kogan was the best deal on cost/coverage (NRMA was more expensive even after 15% loyalty bonus and 60% no claim bonus!!!!). quick and efficient. I'm giving 5 stars (4 last time) for consistently good service. Hopefully my opinion won't change if I ever have to make a claim!

Edit: on renewal Kogan no longer cheapest. You really have to shop around every renewal.

Easy As – As a Dyslexic person I usually find doing this type of online form filling very difficult but this Kogan/QBE experience was an absolute pleasure to do each item had an explanation button with more info. to keep you on track. difference of $1200 is disappointing and mindboggling. Stay away and do your research as their algorithms is now set to rip off customers similar to Coles and Woollies as they have no fear of any government.
