Faulty product, refused to replace or refund – I purchased two deluxe travel packs from Kooshy kids one pillow was fine the other was faulty it was clearly a manufacturers fault the plastic was fused together making a small hole when inflated. This disreputable company Kooshy kids refused a refund.

pleasantly surprised at how compact the parcel was. Inflated both products and realised that the kooshion was faulty. There was a puncture and was slowly leaking air. Emailed kooshy kids on a Friday evening and a reply within the hour. One of the best customer service experiences I've had. Provided video/ picture proof and I had a new kooshion frame posted out to me. Arrived on my doorstep less than a week later. Thankfully the new frame worked as advertised. When we finally used it on the flight, I was definitely not disappointed. Inflated quickly and the pump was no louder than the aircraft noise. With the kooshion, 4yo could sleep in his own seat and not across like he usually would have and I ended up using the Kloud like a back cushion since baby clung to me. Hubby and I also managed to use the end part of the kooshion to rest our legs. When it came time to land, it took next to nothing to deflate and pack away. Just a heads up for anyone seated on bulkhead seats and intending for the kids to sleep on the kooshion, you will need 2 kooshions so that it doesn't move around. We travelled on Cathay Pacific with bulkhead seats during a leg and the seat to wall area was larger than the kooshion itself. Had to prop our legs against it to hold it up. Aside from that, these products definitely made it a little more comfortable. Worth the investment.

Bangkok, both devices failed to work using either Bluetooth or cable connectivity. This resulted in a very long, uncomfortable and stressful flight with a three and five year-old not been able to watch and listen to their favourite shows and music. When we got to Bangkok I resorted to purchasing new Sony headphones for them so the second leg of the trip would be more pleasant. I contacted Kooshy Kids during my trip in June 2025 to let them know that the headphones did not work as expected or as described on their website. After numerous attempts to troubleshoot and then request a refund between June and now, I’m yet to hear back from them regarding the outcome of my issue. I even paid for postage to return the items with no acknowledgment of receipt or assessment outcome despite numerous attempts to contact them for an update. I have now lodged a complaint with Consumer Affairs Victoria who will take it from here. I do not recommend the products that this company sells or their management of customer complaints or issues. This is the worst customer experience I have dealt with. Stay clear of Kooshy Kids!

a self-inflating SkyBunk, OG Kooshy Kloud, OG Kooshy Kooshion, multiple types of chargers, luxury eye masks, passport cases, bluetooth receivers to use our own headphones, several different styles (and models) of bluetooth headband headphones, luxury inflatable neck pillows, several different travel backpacks and at one point my primary nappy bag, kids travel activity packs, hygiene kits (ie seatback insert, tray table cover and headrest cover), casual drawstring bags to hold the kids items, covid masks and filters (back when they were required), both models of the fold up travel tray table, and multiple hanging wardrobes.
When using our inflatable travel items on international flights, we've never been asked to put them down or put them away, but then we haven't travelled on any airlines that aren't on the approved list. In fact, we try to avoid airlines that don't approve these items as they create such comfort for both the kids and for us (the Kooshions and Klouds are comfy for adults too!). Honestly, I don't know what I would have done on many flights if not for the genius technology provided by this store. I look forward to seeing what innovations they come up with in the future.

During that 3 weeks, I discovered the Kooshy Kids Sky Bunk. For $200 this was about $2000 dollars cheaper than the business class upgrade, so I got expedited delivery 5 days before we left to go overseas.
This is the BEST $250 I have ever spent and I can not recommend it enough!
Our daughter used the Kooshy Kids Sky Bunk for the duration of both flights, both to very comfortable sleep (Bonus we slept as well!) and to play.
The self-inflating make it completely stress and cord free, and it charged quickly when we got back to the hotel.
Do yourself a favour and buy one of these, i promise you will not regret it.

upgrade made a huge difference on our flight. The self-inflating Sky Bunks were fast and quiet to set up and, most importantly, completely stress-free. My kids (ages 2 and 4) had a great flight, sleeping comfortably and soundly. The beds also created a perfect, contained play space while they were awake, keeping their toys from disappearing under the seats. Packing the beds away was just as easy. They deflated quickly and fit back into their bags without a struggle. These Sky Bunks are a fantastic product, and I can't recommend them enough for a smoother travel experience with kids.

Received the product and followed instructions to check there were no faults. There was indeed a major fault - the kooshion deflated within minutes of inflation! Took a video of inflating the product as requested by the company and they agreed there was a fault and offered a replacement or store credit. A replacement could not be made immediately… Read more
as they were out of stock and couldn't replace the product before the flight and a store credit is useless if you can't get an out of stock kooshion in time for the trip. We requested a refund and the store have effectively refused it as here we are 3+ weeks later with no confirmation or update on a refund.

terms and conditions, with no empathy, discretion, or customer care shown at all. The tone felt transactional rather than understanding, and the repeated references to policy made it clear there was no real intention to assist.
I fully understand the need for policies, but great brands also recognise when a reasonable exception can create long-term loyalty. This experience left me feeling disappointed and undervalued as a customer.
A simple gesture of goodwill would have gone a long way. Sadly, I’ll be thinking twice before purchasing from Kooshy Kids again — and will be recommending others do the same unless their approach to customer service becomes more human and compassionate.
I have used kooshy kids products a number of times since my kids were babies and continue to use their products now. I work on aircrafts so I have a pretty good understanding of what’s useful and what’s not. Kooshy kids offers so many products that tick those boxes! Highly recommend. Great quality too!

courier service Aramex/Fastway. When we checked with Aramex Australia they have mentioned parcel is still in transit as it was not paid as express delivery. Since we did not receive it on time we could not used it for intended travel purposes and requested to return it. Once we informed it to Customer Service, it was a simple reply saying as per Terms and conditions, no guarantee delivery by timeframes. But never address the issues even though we have paid extra for express delivery it was only posted as normal delivery.
