responsive, on time, polite, and the quote was reasonable while the other companies took longer, one rescheduled, and another didn't show. At all stages of the process Kresta staff were kind and efficient. Stefan came to do the check measure and installation and I cannot speak more highly of him. Incredibly skilled, polite and efficient, he transformed each room, one after the other. Unlike other issues we have had during recent home renovations, there were no mistakes, no wrong measurements, no hold-ups, no stress and every shutter fit perfectly. It was actually a bloody miracle!!! (Especially our random triangular window on the bathroom....) The shutters were just exactly what I wanted and to say I am delighted with the results is an understatement. I also want to commend David at the Fyshwick showroom who took the time to show me all the designs and colours when I turned up randomly one day. Honestly, the loveliest bunch, best service and beautiful product.

expecting. Their guidance in the reinstall of the blind was also incredibly helpful and practical, and resulted in us having an operational blind again far sooner than we thought. This is clearly a business that cares more about customer satisfaction and quality products than taking financial advantage of customers which frankly is hard to find these days. time for a major family event at home last week, we're still waiting for the new curtains. I'm unlikely to use again or recommend Kresta to anyone. Follow up calls have not been addressed adequately, with managers responding to us by message rather than calling us.

Horrible service and curtains – Went through the process of getting a quote and ordering our curtains for our new home with out any issues. heart sank when I saw the job that had been done. 1. the installer made a hole in our gyprock and very roughly patched it up. The hole was about the size of a 50c piece, but a hole just the same. 2. In taking down an old pelmet he scratched our brand new TV screen. He didn't mention this to my husband and it wasn't until I returned home and saw that I was seeing red. 3. Our curtains were left looking like a dogs breakfast. You couldn't tell where the pleat were meant to be and the creases are still in the curtains 8 days later. They haven't dropped out as we thought they would. 4. The installer has used the wrong brackets on the tracks so the curtains are sitting right against the window. 5. Our tracks are so rough that as you try to glide the curtains open using the rod it feels like the rod might break.. 6. On two of our windows the curtains don't sit evenly on either side (wider opening on one side than the other) 7. Where the curtains meet in the middle there is a gap that light shines through. 8. The material is poor quality and looks cheap and nasty. 9. On one of our curtains there is a stain.
I have called Fyshwick and someone was sent out last week, making promises that this will all be fixed. 3 days later I was still waiting to hear when he would be back, only to find out that he is of sick and no one had the decency to call and let me know.
Save yourself a headache and DO NOT use kresta. I wish I had read these reviews and I would have stayed clear of them. I will continue to pursue this as I am not loosing out on the $3,500. we spent as an investment in our home.

might be what seems to be a reliance on said email information rather than ensuring that none of the scenarios exist before the installer leaves the premises.
Kresta excellence – Very professional. Quote was reasonable. Installation great. Kresta kept me informed as to dates etc and Stefan rang to advise he was on his way to install. We have used Kresta a number of times before in Sydney. Always been happy with service.

Dave is great – Dave was an excellent help with our motorised blinds. We moved into an apartment that had Kresta blinds already installed, and needed a new remote for them and assistance with re-levelling the blinds. Dave provided us with a new remote and talked us through the process of fixing the blinds, and was delightful and friendly throughout. We had a great experience.
Great customer service – I needed longer brackets for an existing curtain rod and Dave couldn't have been more helpful. I emailed him some photos of the old brackets and within minutes he rang me back and had found just what I needed. Great customer service! Show details
Awesome – Had a small issue with the stopper on the chain of my blind. Contacted the store who supplied my blinds in 2021. to insufficient slack. I resolved this myself. The panel curtains were installed in the outermost tracks of the rail, making them sit too far out from the wall. Kresta advised me that they did not consider this a warranty issue, so I moved them in myself. Kresta advised me that this would not affect my warranty.
