We have decided to contact fair trading and I am willing to go all the way to tribunal solve the matter . If you guys considering to use this company , my advise is NO, once you have paid the fee everything is changed , service, attitude, worst part is you can’t find their business manager to complain , you will feel helpless.

Sam gave us clear ideas about what to expect and available in blinds. He measured and let us know when to expect installation, which because of Christmas, was likely not to be until February. to ring us. I was questioned as to how I got the number, as though I had done something wrong! In any case after getting the third degree for calling, Isabel booked my installation for 12 July 2025. This morning we received a text from the installer to say that he couldn’t find our blinds at the warehouse (Lead no. LN1206926) and canceled the installation. He told us to call Kresta on Monday. Nobody except the showroom are open on weekends, and unfortunately the polite young man I spoke to from Belrose couldn’t assist us anymore other than to send Isabel an email for her to read on Monday. Meanwhile we had removed and disposed of our old curtains and have now been left with no privacy. I’m very disappointed in the service to date.
UPDATE: After an other unfortunate booking hiccup, the blinds have now been installed. I can confirm the vertical blinds provided are of high quality, and the workmanship of our installation was of high quality too. I’m glad the matter has been resolved.

Then the salesman, ([Name Removed]), all he wanted was your order and money, then he just ignores your calls and will not respond, despite he stuffed up the measure. designer\sales person and coming up with our desired set up I waited 8 weeks for installation (as agreed). The installer arrived to install the product but had no idea about the designed setup, nor did he get any of the instructions right. After creating damage in the ceiling due to wrong installation I corrected him and he finally got it right. Immediately after installing the blinds make a strong clicking sounds when in operation. I reported to the team in Kresta both about the damage to the ceiling and the noise. They decided to send another technician (earliest appointment within 8 weeks) when he arrived he explained that he needs more parts which he didn't have. I waited another 8 weeks for the technicians availability (again) and this time he came and said I don't know what the problem is. I've been trying to call Kresta, email and even involved the sales person - suddenly they all disappeared. There is definitely a manufacturing problem with the products and currently feels like a scam. for a frustrating free experience I would avoid Kresta.

had to go into the store to speak to someone who told me that the email address I had was correct. So clearly I was just being ignored. I was then told I was out of warranty despite me sending the emails x 2 prior to the store visit. In fact, because of the rectification work, I am still in warranty. I was then told there would be a call-out fee of $130.... Or I could buy the change for $20 and change it myself. Needless to say, I am appalled at the poor service that has been provided. I am appalled that I still have no response to my emails and I am appalled that I was not provided with chain free of charge noting the reputational damage a brand like Kresta will face.

It is nearly 12 months since I had sheer curtains installed in my lounge, kitchen and bedrooms. They look fantastic. The single pleats make them hang evenly. I also had shutters installed in the bathrooms for privacy. The whole process was easy just one call from me and Sam the salesman came out and advised me on what to choose. Kresta by phone and email on more than ten occasions and the matter remains unresolved. The blinds were paid in full as requested in November 2024. This is unacceptable in my opinion.

We still went ahead as Sam promised a good price and the order would take 6-8 weeks. At the end of 8 weeks, we contacted the shop ourselves and they already have it! Not sure why they did not contact us for installation? Then the installer confirmed a time for the job the night before but declined to show up due to an issue at another job, seriously! Now is rescheduled for Saturday without guarantees of installation.
Very poor customer service, product quality might be ok but not recommended to consider Kresta at all. Continued financial issues with the company is a worry too.
