curtain and sunlight come through from there . We tried contact Kreasta , Sonya was the one who responded . After multiple time attempt to fix the issue with her , no one to take responsibility. We have decided to contact fair trading and I am willing to go all the way to tribunal solve the matter . If you guys considering to use this company , my advise is NO, once you have paid the fee everything is changed , service, attitude, worst part is you can’t find their business manager to complain , you will feel helpless.

Cellular Blinds – We recently had Kresta provide us with two blinds for a room in our house. The experience was nice and smooth. There was great communication and our expectations were met. I can highly recommend Sam, the sales person who I had the most contact with. He was incredibly professional and was the person at Kresta who assisted and followed up with me when some issues occurred, fantastic service from Sam throughout the entire process. We recently had Sam come out to provide a quote for a curtain track and curtains. Although we didn’t take up the offer due to budget considerations, I want to highlight the excellent service he provided. Sam was professional, attentive, and genuine with his advice. He took the time to understand what we wanted and offered sound recommendations. I would not hesitate to recommend Sam to anyone looking for great customer service and expert advice.

to ring us. I was questioned as to how I got the number, as though I had done something wrong! In any case after getting the third degree for calling, Isabel booked my installation for 12 July 2025. This morning we received a text from the installer to say that he couldn’t find our blinds at the warehouse (Lead no. LN1206926) and canceled the installation. He told us to call Kresta on Monday. Nobody except the showroom are open on weekends, and unfortunately the polite young man I spoke to from Belrose couldn’t assist us anymore other than to send Isabel an email for her to read on Monday. Meanwhile we had removed and disposed of our old curtains and have now been left with no privacy. I’m very disappointed in the service to date.

UPDATE: After an other unfortunate booking hiccup, the blinds have now been installed. I can confirm the vertical blinds provided are of high quality, and the workmanship of our installation was of high quality too. I’m glad the matter has been resolved.

WARNING do not purchase from Kresta. Placed a order beginning of March 2025 and paid extra to have blinds air freighted with in a 4 week period. Here we are July 2025 still waiting for my blinds. Then the salesman, ([Name Removed]), all he wanted was your order and money, then he just ignores your calls and will not respond, despite he stuffed up the measure. So many customers in reviews express concerns about customer service, delays, and installation issues. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND SANITY - DO NOT BUY FROM KRESTA ASIC and Fair Trading need to shut them down!!!!!!!!

designer\sales person and coming up with our desired set up I waited 8 weeks for installation (as agreed). The installer arrived to install the product but had no idea about the designed setup, nor did he get any of the instructions right. After creating damage in the ceiling due to wrong installation I corrected him and he finally got it right. Immediately after installing the blinds make a strong clicking sounds when in operation. I reported to the team in Kresta both about the damage to the ceiling and the noise. They decided to send another technician (earliest appointment within 8 weeks) when he arrived he explained that he needs more parts which he didn't have. I waited another 8 weeks for the technicians availability (again) and this time he came and said I don't know what the problem is. I've been trying to call Kresta, email and even involved the sales person - suddenly they all disappeared. There is definitely a manufacturing problem with the products and currently feels like a scam. for a frustrating free experience I would avoid Kresta.

I had a fantastic experience with Kresta Blinds, thanks to Sam’s outstanding service. From the very first consultation Sam was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. He took the time to understand what I was after, offered great advice on product options. Thanks Sam !

Disappointed is an understatement. We waited weeks for our blinds only for them to arrive with incorrect measurements and trimmings. We then waited another couple of weeks for the rectification work. had to go into the store to speak to someone who told me that the email address I had was correct. So clearly I was just being ignored. I was then told I was out of warranty despite me sending the emails x 2 prior to the store visit. In fact, because of the rectification work, I am still in warranty. I was then told there would be a call-out fee of $130.... Or I could buy the change for $20 and change it myself. Needless to say, I am appalled at the poor service that has been provided. I am appalled that I still have no response to my emails and I am appalled that I was not provided with chain free of charge noting the reputational damage a brand like Kresta will face.

It is nearly 12 months since I had sheer curtains installed in my lounge, kitchen and bedrooms. They look fantastic. The single pleats make them hang evenly. I also had shutters installed in the bathrooms for privacy. The whole process was easy just one call from me and Sam the salesman came out and advised me on what to choose. 5 months on and still awaiting the installation and delivery of my blinds which have been paid in full – 5 months and still my blinds have not been installed. The Salesman visited my home on 19/09/2024 and after agreeing on blinds, the balance was paid in full. Kresta ordered two (2) blinds instead of three (3). Kresta by phone and email on more than ten occasions and the matter remains unresolved. The blinds were paid in full as requested in November 2024. This is unacceptable in my opinion.

Great Service – Sam was fantastic! He knows his product, takes the time on each element to ensure it meet my needs and will work. His follow up and service is second to none. Highly recommend.

Sequel of bad experience, any buyer should reconsider – This is becoming a sequel of bad experience with Kresta. Their warehouse is a mess! interested in helping as he did not get the order (and apparently would be different price even for the same product! really weird way of doing business). We still went ahead as Sam promised a good price and the order would take 6-8 weeks. At the end of 8 weeks, we contacted the shop ourselves and they already have it! Not sure why they did not contact us for installation? Then the installer confirmed a time for the job the night before but declined to show up due to an issue at another job, seriously! Now is rescheduled for Saturday without guarantees of installation.

Very poor customer service, product quality might be ok but not recommended to consider Kresta at all. Continued financial issues with the company is a worry too.
