Excellent Product – Kresta supplied the plantation shutters for our home. We had no problems throughout the entire process and were very happy with the installed product. On that basis, we have just used Kresta to install the plantation shutters in our newly constructed studio.

Poor quality and expensive. Not fit for purpose – We have had the blinds less than 12 months. 2 slats have broken and a control wand has not worked since 1 month after we got them. We were advised that it's cheaper to replace the whole blind than repair 2 slats. The warranty is a joke. They will repair the wand at a cost of $83..a service fee! We had spotlight white timber blinds and grey verticals for 4 years. They were a third of the price and much better quality.

If l could give 0 stars l would!!! Blinds broke in the first month -so hard to get anyone to come out - – Showroom was very nice and polite ...Rep came to quote on blinds seemed very manicured and professional....however once l paid for the blinds as they ask for money upfront the blinds took over 6 months to be delivered as they're not Australia made at all they come from China....from the first month they eventually fitted them, they broke even… Read more

though we have always been very careful with them theres only 2 Adults in the house....they came to service them several times since then as they are of such poor quality they continually break get stuck and won't go up or down....trying to get a service person to actually come out is a nightmare as they say they're coming and at times never arrive no ph call provided so you sit and wait all day and if you try and call no one seems to know anything that's even if they pick up the phone or if u call the call seems to mysteriously drop out....l called about a month ago as blinds have stopped working again won't go up or down this time they said warranty run out and they want $180 for call out fee....l wish l had known l would definitely have gone with another company...terrible service and product

I should have read the reviews before I had them quote – We have had such a bad experience. Tried to cancel order on the Monday first business day after ordering Friday arvo. We were told we could not cancel that the blinds were in production. No one got back to hear our story after we were asked to email them a letter of our concerns. We phoned head office. are in production we thought they were a good company as we had our entire house fitted with blinds and curtains 25 years ago. We are elderly and were pressured by the salesman. There has been no word since . We were told the blinds would be installed before Christmas. We paid 50% deposit. We signed a contract so the seniors legal service said go to Fair Trading. We are out of fight at our age. Hubby 92. So we have done our money because we won’t accept the blinds even if they contact us to say they are putting them in. We ordered over Two month ago and they said after the weekend they were made. We have been robbed. Please people don’t go to Kresta. I am still crying over the injustice of it all.

Mending Loungeroom curtain – I was having difficulty getting a curtain repair man until I called Kresta. I received a quote from Les who came out and then the repairman came out and did the repairs and they have been functioning beautifully ever since.
