special offer I was advised up to 12 weeks, which was fine. 3rd of April Matt arrived and fitted the whole place in the day. Such a great company to deal with, I would highly recommend them... and what a difference it has made to my home, just kicking myself I didn't get a quote sooner.

This is great, love it – Sam provided us with professional guidance to find the perfect curtains for our master bedroom. Great service, great price and high quality. Well worth it.

Not even worth 1 star – Never use this company again, blinds where damaged , staff [Name Removed] rude didn't care I had to wait another 3months then wait another 4 weeks for installation. Very angry in the way kresta handled my installment – Kresta came out to measure & quote for 7 rooms.. forgot to tell us 6-8 weeks before we would have the panels. Forgot to measure 1 room, (another 6-8weeks) couldn't install 1 room, they forgot the extension brackets, supplied 2, not 7. half before the order is placed, then, remaining balance before they will install. Just one big screwup. Would Not recommend kresta to anybody. 1 mistake maybe, but 3, NO WAY Another mistake by kresta, panels in lounge room put up wrong. Kresta got the guy who installed them to ring me & give this damn & nonsense story to me.. Now the Gun installer is coming to fix this so called good install.. OMG

After Sales Service is Appalling – Every step of the way to making the appointment to the Sales Manager attending and giving the quote was excellent. It went down hill from there. I paid my 50% deposit and waited 8 weeks for curtains to come all good happy with that. Two days before fitting they asked for full balance to be paid. so not much choice. My conclusion is that they have such bad installers that they know there will be call back issues so they get there balance up front.. I ordered my curtains in Jan they were fitted in April not done correctly broken parts etc etc. Another set of installers returned and sort of fixed the issue in July. Had to order more parts for the tracks and they have just been today which is 9 months after my initial order and they are now installed correctly. Whilst they have now fixed the issue it has taken a long time and unless you follow this up yourself they don't bother to contact you. Have dealt with better Companies in the past for my curtains and blinds. Would not recommend Kresta.

I was very pleased with the sheer curtains Kresta supplied but I had a large exterior roll up blind installed and have on several occasions asked for the pole in the bottom of the blind to be replaced due to the increasing rust that’s on the ends of the blind. Show details

measuring all of my big windows and doors, even allowing for the new flooring height which hadn't even been completed yet. He is prompt, efficient, reliable and so lovely to deal with. I had a slight change of mind between arrival of product and installation, and Sam handled it with ease, changing the drawing cord from the left to the right. His communication is polite and friendly ... I feel so confident dealing with Sam and Kresta. And I really appreciate the regular updates. I've never had a company do that before - outstanding! Black out roller blinds – Great customer service from the second I went in. Really friendly & understood immediately what I needed. Great choices to pick from. Beautiful Shutters and Curtains – Had my whole house done by Kresta Blinds at Tweed Heads. Unbelievably happy with the results. The shutters look great and you can feel the quality. installation. All staff from front office to measurement to installers deserve a rating of 10 being top score. And this I say having Kresta Tweed Heads do shutters and 2 types of blinds. Disgraceful customer service – We have just had the most appalling experience with Kresta. We ordered some (very expensive) curtains in August 2020. These took around three months to arrive, due in part to delays caused by Covid. Unfortunately, one of the curtains was uneven, with the weighted hem dragging on the ground. was sent back to be fixed. Three months later it arrived back, but this time the hem was overlocked, not hemmed. So again it was sent back to China. Last week the installer arrived again with the new curtain. It was again only overlocked. We were fed up. We’d sent the curtain back THREE times and it was still wrong.

This process has taken twelve months and we still don’t have our correct curtains. I asked the installer, who was very pleasant, but very embarrassed at the complete stuff up, to get the Brisbane manager Linda to call us. Five days later she still had not contacted us, we rang Kresta without success, so left messages. We also left a detailed message via their Contact Us page on their website.

Two days after, Damian from Tweed Heads rang Peter and tried to explain away what had happened. This did not align with the facts. I called him just now to clarify and to express our great frustration and disappointment at the service we’d received and that not one person from Kresta had at any time even apologised. I asked him what he was going to do to make it up to us. He said he would arrange for the curtain to again be remade. I told him that wasn’t making it up to us and that perhaps he could make us some additional curtains to compensate us. At this Damian laughed rudely. He told me that if I was ‘going to be like that’, he’d hang up. I was dumbfounded. I said “ I beg your pardon?” Damian hung up on me.

THE worst service we have ever experienced. The rudeness and incomplete incompetence of Kresta has astounded us. Do not do ever do business with them.

Pathetic Customer Service – I ordered my curtains with a Rep not through a store. Measurements taken were incorrect and 2 curtains delivered too short. It will take 3 months for replacement curtains to be installed. They cannot tell me the date they were reordered. Absolutely no customer service, rarely a response to an email. Reviews online suggest that Kresta is in difficulty. Am worried that even though I paid in full months ago I will never get my curtains. Surpringly Kresta do not have a Customer Service Dept.

BEWARE of ordering with Kresta.

Worst customer service - cannot deliver an order correctly! – I have never dealt with such an incompetent company. The first time I ordered blinds, we waited the standard 6 weeks for installation and then they arrived missing both of our bedroom blinds. on us for thinking things would be different when we placed an order this year for curtains. Mid December the installer turned up with the wrong colour rods and no end caps. Told us they would be switched over in mid Jan. Chased Kresta in mid January because no one contacted us and we were told they don't make the rods we ordered anymore. After a lot of back and forth, they managed to secure the right rods, they told us they would be installed mid Feb. Today, on install day, we get a call saying they don't have our rods. This company is beyond a joke, nobody knows what's going on and you have to chase them to get any answers. So we have curtains that have been held on the ends with masking tape (as put on by the installer) for 2 months. Absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced.
