What was supposed to be 6-8 weeks wait would now be turning into 11 week wait to get the actual product into the home. Curtains haven’t even been delivered to us and or installed yet. Also they don’t give much leeway with your choice of days or time to install. Don’t purchase with Kresta unless you’re willing for a long dragged out wait

A glitchy start but great finished product – After a glitchy start Kresta delivered and installed when they said they would. The only thing I had a problem with was that Kresta wanted payment in full up front even before install, which I wasn't happy with but we came to an agreement that I paid the final 50% balance on delivery/installation. Good price, average quality, and poor communication. Slow manufacturing. No warranty or after sales service – I had Keith give a quote for vertical blinds for the main bedroom in Nov '23. The price was reasonable and I went ahead with the purchase. Due to Christmas/New Year they took just under 2 months to be manufactured, delivered and installed, which is a little long, IMO. was on time, professional and went without issue. They removed the old blinds, but it's up to the customer to arrange disposal.

I am happy with the quality of the blinds, enough so that I just ordered a similar set for the family room and kitchen. Again, Keith turned up on time for the quote, and the price was competitive. Hopefully it won't take another 2 months for manufacturing and installation.

4/5. If Kresta improved the wait time, I'd give them 5 stars.

UPDATE: ---------- I've reduced my rating from 4 to 2 star because I have contacted Kresta twice about getting a fault with my blinds repaired.

They ignored my messages and so far after several months have not attempted to contact me to fix the warranty issue. Therefore I have reduced my score and don't recommend buying anything from them.

Would not shop here again – While the show room staff were lovely that is where it ended. The 6-8 weeks turned into 12weeks. The installer was rude, wore his work boots on our brand new carpet even though we supplied a drop sheet to him. He left rubbish and tools and tool boxes all over our apartment only cleaning up as he left. He told me to help him take the rubbish to… Read more

his van so he didn't have to make 2 trips. Did not use the gloves supplied to put the blinds up. We did not get the chains we asked for and had to wait 10 days for someone to replace the chains, even then they came one & half hours outside the provided time frame. The guy who came back to deal with the metal filings stuck/ melted all over the white internal side of blinds chuffed at us. Had we damaged the blinds scaping the melted metal files ourselves I'm sure there would have been back lash. He also answered his phone on arriving in our apartment and spoke on the whole time he was here. At present the chain guy has still not arrived. Very disappointed we chose this company. I have photo proof of most of these issues.

Terrible customer service – I ordered curtains on the 09/12/22, curtains and blinds took 12 week, then when they came to install the order was wrong, so they had to be reordered, I’m still waiting on them to arrive. I have paid in full, I just want what I’ve paid for. Worst company I’ve ever had to deal with. Show details

Terrible customer service – I placed an order with Kresta Bigger Waters at the start of February and was told 6 - 8 weeks for install at the time of the measure and quote. It has now been 9 weeks and my blinds are still 'in transit' as they have been since mid February apparently coming from China which I also was not told at the time of placing the order and paying my 50%… Read more

I've been told they might be in the country by mid April and then after that they were unable to give me a rough idea on install time after arriving in the country but I will need to pay the remaining 50% before they are even booked for install which is crazy considering they could do a terrible job and then have full payment. The customer service person I have been dealing with is less than helpful and was quite rude on the phone when trying to get more info on timeframes. I have contacted Kresta head office customer service to hopefully come to a resolution and have no response from them either.

Do not order from Kresta full stop, terrible experience all round!

order was tracking. He made the experience so enjoyable because of how helpful and professional he was.

My sales rep who did the measure and quote was Sam - because he has many years of experience he was able to help me choose the correct layout and style of blinds and curtains (depending on the room) which is a service that is quite honestly priceless. The previous blinds were installed incorrectly which I wouldn't have realised if Sam hadn't pointed it out. His suggestion made our blinds much more user friendly and safer to use (they hang over a huge balcony drop). That type of advice and specific tailoring is not something that I can get off an online transaction. So I really appreciated the tailored, measured check, advice and quote. A little slow to get the shipment, but the product is so classy and pretty that it was worth the wait.

Never again! – The entire process with our order instillation has been nothing but trouble. To start with the ordering with the ‘download from the sales rep’ that instillation was 4-6 weeks, which turned into months. We then had instillation booked for multiple weeks for all blinds. advised he didn’t have the blinds for our bedroom! We live on a lake, with zero privacy and a one year old baby. We had no blinds in our bedroom for a week, which would have been ok if you communicated with us as we wouldn’t have taken the existing blinds down. In addition, the installer didn’t provide chargers for the blinds even when we asked! Today he has come back to instal the blind in the bedroom (after a week of 4am wake ups) to be told that an additional remote was note provided for the bedroom upstairs! Again this was clearly outlined with the ‘sales rep’ that was obviously more interested in getting the sales commission than actually taking details. Why we would want one remote for blinds over two stories all together is beyond me. We were in the market for shutters on all remaining windows in our house, however with this experience there is zero chance we would be utilising Kresta. We have put blinds in 3 properties using your company, but this will definitely be our last!!

Very disappointing – had a curtain ordered through kresta, they scheduled an installation date, i had to get an electrician to disconnect and re-install the new motor, so arranged for them to be on site at the time of the kresta installer arrived. Installer never showed up after repeated promises of being the next job they where attending. Following date i… Read more

advised them i wished to just cancel the order, they threatened that i would have to pay 50% for cancelling even though it was not my mistake. Quick to take the payment not so prompt with sticking to their word.
