Peter to call and give me a Quote re my new Curtains. Peter was so Professional and helpful . He showed me all the beautiful Fabrics . I chose a lovely colour in Azure Blue . It was such a great experience dealing with Peter , He was such a gentleman and was a great in helping me choose The colour and Fabric . As we were on a budget, after the quote was given I added two windows to be covered by shutters and Peter was very helpful in this regards and I was able to add the extra two windows to be done. Nothing was too much trouble for Peter and communication was top notch too. The installation team was fantastic. Jessica in office was very helpful and willing to work with me as I had to change the date twice due to unexpected circumstances. Scott who did the installation for the shutters did a fantastic job. He also took the time to explain how to look after shutters etc The shutters look stunning and I’m hoping that in the next few months the budget will allow us to do the other rooms. In fact, everyone that comes to visit comments on the shutters and what a difference it has made. We had a roller blind put in the kitchen and vertical blinds on sliding door. The quality is fantastic. The gentleman who did the installation of these was efficient and done quickly. Kresta can be used by anyone with confidence and know the end result will be beyond compare

Kresta back then instead. The other supplier did not have anywhere near the same level of knowledge or thoughtfulness. I will be contacting Stephanie at Kresta again to help 'fix' some of the issues created by the other supplier. I have never left an online review before but if you are looking at curtains/blinds/shutters, please do yourself a favour and contact Kresta!

Do note that there may be a lead in time from when the order is made to it being available for install so plan ahead is the best advice. As I was building a new house, this was not too big an issue.

Don’t use Kresta! – I would not bother engaging with Kresta. We paid $14,000 for blinds and curtains to not get what we wanted or paid for. Then told it was our fault when it was the Rep Celia’s fault for not listening to what we wanted and put in what she thought “fit the room”. Very disappointing and poor form when the Rep can’t listen and you sign thinking they had. We made a complaint to Fair Trading, the ACCC and now thinking about legal action.

Failure to show up and no proper explanation or phone call – I paid $1700 dollars for an awning. Was told I had to pay via email the full amount before installation. Installation date was booked. I took time off work for the installation. I rang after a few hours to see if the installer was still coming. I was told, Yes. I rang again at 5pm No response. No one contacted me and noone showed up. The apology I received was inadequate. I had to chase them to contact me. I will never use Kresta again.

1 star is too many – Curtains Quote and Ordered February Some shipping issues April arrival Instal booked May- cancelled 1/2 hr before the 5 hour window as installer injured-fair enough- accidents happen! Rebook June- calls 1/2 hour before 5 hour window. Arrives and finds curtains measured wrong. No install. Then I get sent an email with a completion survey. I… Read more

email customer care email address with a lengthy reply to later be told no one checks that email. Rebook July - installer arrives with no track as they thought was left at location. No instal. I request a refund or some sort of compensation given I’ve taken 3 days off work. I had to phone them to get a response was offered $40 discount! Discount was the word used, like they were doing me a favour. They managed to squeeze instal in following weekend. Still could only give me an 3 hr window, waiting. And after installer gone I notice they are still not right as scrunch on one side as they are sitting on the floor and should be above to flow. Measurements still out. For a company that apparently prides its self on service and apparently measuring, producing and fitting to perfection. THEY HAVE MISSED THE MARK!

I cannot speak more highly of Peter, Damien and team at Kresta. Peter was wonderful and informative when providing my quotes on shutters. I have now had shutters installed at two properties and have found the service excellent from quoting to ordering to installation and the product is beautiful. Highly recommend using Peter and the team.

Stephanie always answered her phone or replied promptly to messages, and was willing to return to my home within a short time frame to measure up two rooms that I had not included in my initial brief. We had amazing service from Peter at the Loganholme store. He came to our house, listened to what we were looking for and then provided options.
