installer woes – curtains are good, the experience was marred by a less than competent installer. I had to fix the curtains myself after he left . Also had to patch up the exploration holes left in the ceiling.

13 weeks wait for curtains, no communication, questionable excuses – Installer came 7 weeks after I placed my order but the curtains had been measured incorrectly and had to be returned for alteration. No communication from Kresta about timeframes etc. I rang after a couple of weeks and was told they were waiting for authorisation for alteration. same thing. The following week I rang them and they advised that the curtains were ready and an installer would call me to organise a time. After a few more days I rang and I was told it would be another 2-4 weeks because the installer had Covid. I questioned why another installer couldn't do the job and said that I should have been prioritised. She said she would check for me. They rang me back and advised that it wasn't the installer that was sick, it was the person who does the alterations. Finally had curtains installed 13 weeks after I had ordered them. The installer was very professional and particularly helpful. The curtains are nice. BUT I would never recommend Kresta. NO communication, questionable excuses for delay and no attempt to compensate me for the inconvenience and stress that it caused. They showed no interest at all in having a happy customer.

Terrible – Used twice in recent times. First time installer cracked our wall tile installing a very small Roman blind. These things go happen do we overlooked it and Kresta paid repair. Just had my whole brand new home done in 3 types of blinds. Shutters to the front of the home, double rollers throughout and slimline verticals with a texture to the rear door and laundry door.
