Suggest better record keeping for customer service. Ultimately the call out fee was waived and Jay the installer came very swiftly, was very helpful and managed to resolve the issue. Overall I think Kresta stands by their product and workmanship, and provides good after care service.

single contract amendment a few days later, communication stopped entirely. I followed up by phone, leaving a direct message with the consultant, and by email to the office - no response. I have since engaged another provider. The silence is telling: If a business cannot respond to a straightforward request during the sales process, it raises serious concerns about how they would handle issues after installation/warranty.

installation at 7:30 on a Saturday evening. He did an excellent job, cleaned up the site, and took all the rubbish with him. I'd highly recommend both Sonya and Rath to anyone keen to get excellent product advice (Sonya) and a professional installation (Rath). All up, we're very happy with the installation and the quality of the product.

hi l had plantation shutters installed and l absolutely love them. Sonya was friendly and she knows what she's doing, Zack did the install which went smoothly as well also the girls in the office were friendly and tried to accommodate with the install times and for all that l ordered more.

Really happy with the service, the design consultation with Sonya and the installation with Jason. The curtains were affordable and good quality, with a good range of materials to choose from.

installed, all windows along front of the house very visible, the 2 blinds in the loungeroom were fitted inside the window frames which we agreed to, and to have all windows consistent all were to be inside the window frames but the bedroom one on the outside of the frame, we have a very small home and the first time I entered the bedroom in my wheelchair I collided with the blinds which now protrude out from the wall a considerable distance. I have spoken to Pam about the problem and I am waiting to hear back and see what resolution they come up with. I don't want to lay blame but the gentleman who came and did the first lot of measurements was very young and not on the job for long. Kresta even sent out another rep. to check on his measurements. Just don't bother – I purchased electric roller blinds, but the charger for the rollers was not included. Additionally, the wall adapter for the Google Hub, which the blinds connect to, was missing. because I negotiated the price. I requested a call from the regional manager but have yet to receive one. When I called for support, I was repeatedly told I was wrong. I regret not choosing DIY blinds.

Poor Service Kresta Camberwell – Purchased aluminium venetian blinds for throughout our house from Kresta. We were very pleased with the blinds and the installation. they were unable to advise any possible solutions, other than the standard removal method, which isn't working. I know I'm using the correct method as I've been able to remove some of the blinds quite simply. I asked if they could replace all the brackets to a simpler style, but they have refused stating if the blinds were 6 - 7 years old, they could have helped. Really, 1 year, a very poor excuse. They also stated that because the blinds may have deteriorated due to sun exposure, they may be brittle and break & they don't want to be held responsible. Another very poor excuse given the blinds are made of aluminium. We will be replacing all the venetians throughout our house in the near future, but we won't be purchasing from Kresta ever again. I don't mind if a company's product fails after some time, but I don't like companies that don't stand by their products. Update: This review was sent to Kresta for mediation. Shortly after being submitted, I received a call from their Installation Manager whose opening line was "I'm just calling about your well out of warranty blinds". I advised her that wasn't a good way to start the conversation, which she ignored. She offered to send an installer to our home provided I sign a waiver for any damages they may cause. Originally, I accepted her offer, however after reflecting on the phone conversation and her less than friendly attitude throughout the call, we decided we could not trust her or her team to do the right thing in regards to not damaging our property. Originally I gave Kresta a 2 star review, but changed this to 1 star following my conversation with the Installation Manager.
