manufactured and shipped by boat from China to Melbourne. When finally installed, they were badly made... the hem stitching was so bad, I had to call Kresta to come back to fix. Kresta steamed the curtains hoping to fix the extremely bad stitching. That didn’t do anything sowz Kresta replaced them… yep another 3 months having to wait for them to be made in China & shipped yet again to Melbourne. Sowz 6 months later, 5 visits (5 days taken off from work including 2 ‘no shows’, waiting around and late arrival each time grrr!!!) from Kresta, the curtains were finally installed this week. They’re ok but certain not worth the money, not worth all the time waisted or ALL THE FRUSTRATION. From my sad experience, DON'T PAY FPR GRIEF -> DO NOT BUY FROM KRESTA CURTAINS. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID. Just not worth buying curtains from Kresta who with average pricing, crap virtually non-existent customer service, crap product and appalling overall experience, UNFORGIVABLE that all the nonsense they put me through still without an apology!! DON'T PUNISH YOURSELF -> -> DO NOT BUY FROM KRESTA CURTAINS.

Had to get Kresta installer back to close a 10cm gap between the curtains which is letting quite a lot of light in even when it’s fully shut. Customer service wanted to charge a call-out fee as the curtains were installed 7 months ago and I had to explain and prove that it’s an ongoing issue and was last seen by another installer 3.5 months ago.… Read more

Suggest better record keeping for customer service. Ultimately the call out fee was waived and Jay the installer came very swiftly, was very helpful and managed to resolve the issue. Overall I think Kresta stands by their product and workmanship, and provides good after care service.

installation at 7:30 on a Saturday evening. He did an excellent job, cleaned up the site, and took all the rubbish with him. I'd highly recommend both Sonya and Rath to anyone keen to get excellent product advice (Sonya) and a professional installation (Rath). All up, we're very happy with the installation and the quality of the product.

could come on Saturday or Sunday as she lived close, I messaged back saying that the original appointment time is what suited us, I even tried ringing but she had already turned her phone off by that stage and must have been enjoying her early start to the weekend. She had no intention of re scheduling for the Saturday or Sunday as wouldn't answer the phone call or reply to my text message, Monday came and went and I haven't heard from them either, have just received a call from Mentone office wandering if I would like to reschedule an appointment, um... definately NOT!! single contract amendment a few days later, communication stopped entirely. I followed up by phone, leaving a direct message with the consultant, and by email to the office - no response. I have since engaged another provider. The silence is telling: If a business cannot respond to a straightforward request during the sales process, it raises serious concerns about how they would handle issues after installation/warranty.

Customer Service is excellent with Kresta all staff very happy to assist Pam in the office always lovely to speak to and Zack the gentleman who installed the roller blinds was also very pleasant to deal with not a grumble even though he was here until 6pm. the material and blinds seem wonderful my only problem is that, I had 3 twin blinds… Read more

installed, all windows along front of the house very visible, the 2 blinds in the loungeroom were fitted inside the window frames which we agreed to, and to have all windows consistent all were to be inside the window frames but the bedroom one on the outside of the frame, we have a very small home and the first time I entered the bedroom in my wheelchair I collided with the blinds which now protrude out from the wall a considerable distance. I have spoken to Pam about the problem and I am waiting to hear back and see what resolution they come up with. I don't want to lay blame but the gentleman who came and did the first lot of measurements was very young and not on the job for long. Kresta even sent out another rep. to check on his measurements. I will let you know what the final resolution is I hope they replace the set of blinds in the bedroom. I will be back to let you all know. Kind regards Judee

hi l had plantation shutters installed and l absolutely love them. Sonya was friendly and she knows what she's doing, Zack did the install which went smoothly as well also the girls in the office were friendly and tried to accommodate with the install times and for all that l ordered more.

Really happy with the service, the design consultation with Sonya and the installation with Jason. The curtains were affordable and good quality, with a good range of materials to choose from.

Just don't bother – I purchased electric roller blinds, but the charger for the rollers was not included. Additionally, the wall adapter for the Google Hub, which the blinds connect to, was missing. I scheduled installation at least three times, but the technicians were always unavailable and only informed me midway through the day. I was told I should be grateful… Read more

because I negotiated the price. I requested a call from the regional manager but have yet to receive one. When I called for support, I was repeatedly told I was wrong. I regret not choosing DIY blinds.
