Absolute nightmare! – We placed an order for our blinds later Nov 2022. We were promised that the blinds will take approx 6 weeks including arrival and installation. The sales rep came to out house twice to measure and the installer another time to ensure that measurements were right. They charged us for the blind despite the fact that nothing was missed.

Blinds were initially installed and we noticed that our teenage daughters room (Street facing) in level 1 is missing a roller blind and my mothers (Street facing) ground floor is missing a blind too.

The installer said that he will advise the sales rep and we ended up dealing with the state general manager who has absolutely no idea about about anything in Kresta.

We also noticed that we all our blinds in level 1 were installed inside the window frames whereas we had requested for them to be installed in the outside frames to avoid sunlight as I am a shift worker and do not like a room filled with light when I sleep during the day.

The sales rep attended again and said that she will rectify all issues urgently. It has now been 4 months and I received a call today to pay more dollars for a blind that I have already paid for and do not require. The warehouse officer did not know anything about the 2 remaining blinds, I called her several times during the past month and sent several text messages and she finally sent me a short message saying "I believe the rep or warehouse officer have been speaking with you".

Our 15 year daughter has been sleeping in our bedroom on the ground since December because her bedroom is street facing and there are a lot of tradies working opposite our house and on the sides. Kresta have failed to deliver our order time and time over again.

The state manager, sales rep and the warehouse officer are all very confused and cant seem to get this small order right, 4 months and they still haven't figured out. We are currently in the process of going to consumer affairs Victoria and taking legal action for the inconvenience and heartache caused to us, we are also thinking of dragging Kresta to the media and not going to hesitate a bit.

Don't buy from there! – I had nothing but problems when I purchased Kresta curtains about 3 years ago ( it was well before Covid). Kresta messed up in a few ways, thus the curtains that Krests delivered to me were not what I ordered, and as replacements were going to take weeks to get made and delivered to me I had to cancel the order. money; Kresta said that they weren't legally obliged to give me a refund. However, I knew that Kresta was legally in the wrong, so I contacted Fair Trading/Consumer Affairs and I eventually got my money back.

Appalling customer service and sub standard faulty products – Customer Service and response time is absolutely appalling. The quality of the product is not close to what i expected from this brand and the follow up support, when a blind has fallen off our wall, is non-existent. hi l had plantation shutters installed and l absolutely love them. Sonya was friendly and she knows what she's doing, Zack did the install which went smoothly as well also the girls in the office were friendly and tried to accommodate with the install times and for all that l ordered more.

Really happy with the service, the design consultation with Sonya and the installation with Jason. The curtains were affordable and good quality, with a good range of materials to choose from.

Great customer service and experience working with Sonya, Jay and Rath from Kresta. Thank you all for helping us find and install the right curtains and blinds for our new home. Some minor damage to our wall and window frame during installation hence the 4 star review. Overall a good experience and would recommend.

Very happy – I got my roller blinds installed by Kresta, replacing old ones. My consultation was thorough and I was given styling suggestions and a full run through of the products. They came back a second time to help with my final decision on the product. I am very happy with the look of the blinds and they are great quality, very modern and have finished the room off perfectly.
