information . The installers were very neat and tidy and the roller blind looks great and since I have had it installed last week , I have noticed a big difference in the heat in my kitchen . I was also given verbal instructions on how to use the roller blind by the installer who was very knowledgeable and very friendly. I would highly recommend Kresta for any blinds/ curtain needs

the job! Always First Class! We had her back again some weeks ago to replace some blinds etc in our home fully prepared that the work would only be done after Christmas. But Santa came early for us in the shape of Bev. We got our blinds replaced and all sorted a week before Christmas. Thanks so much Bev. Darren who came to do the measure and fitting was equally professional, courteous and efficient. Thanks Darren. Overall no complaints at all at any time over the years, only praise for the Kresta team. Well done. We will be back.

 Follow-up  · No after sales support was required as everything was good. As my review says the installation was all smooth and with no issues. These were fool down blinds and some Venetian blinds.

Kresta are extremely unorganised. Our delivery was incorrect upon installation. We had one off their people come out to messure & quote. Now trying to find out when our order will be complete. March 2025 - We phoned Kresta to enquire why we had not heard from you regarding an installation date. The lady we spoke with advised the estimated installation date was between 7 to 14 April. We advised this was not what we had been told at the time of ordering and requested a phone call back from someone in authority who can advise more detail regarding our order & delay with installation. She advised the Manager was in Adelaide and would phone us back. NO return phone call was received. 31 March 2025 - Shortly after the above phone call, we received an email from Kresta Cannington advising our installation date was 25 April. We phoned Kresta Cannington regarding this advice and advised our installation was promised to be 5 to 6 weeks from the measure & quote as we ordered & paid the deposit on that day 13 February. [Name Removed] at Kresta Cannington would not provide further information on the delay, when we requested to know the current location of the blinds, [Name Removed] advised “on a wharf somewhere”. DO NOT USE: absolute charlatans who take payment, and refuse to communicate or fix issues with their no fit for purpose products. Followed up to enquire about installation as they had never contacted me, and I was initially told to wait until the end of January.

After objecting to this given they had payment for 5 months, I got a December installation date on condition that full payment (the remaining 50%) was made the day prior to installation. I foolishly agreed to this condition thinking they were a professional franchise. The blind had issues since installation : it flaps loudly in the wind, hitting the wall causing damage.

I have communicated this to them since 8 January 2025 and still do not have a resolution. I gave them 2 opportunities to rectify issues, and they have failed to respond.

The sales person at the Cannington store, [Name Removed], refuses to return my phone calls after I complained, and used the receptionist as a go between. This is deeply frustrating as the receptionist lacks the knowledge of the issues. I asked if this could be escalated to someone else and still have not been provided any information. There has been no communication from their head office service department to provide a solution to the issues either.

I have asked for a site visit as what they have installed is not fit for purpose and cannot be connected to power due to the heritage conditions in the building (which they were provided with at initial contact). They do not have electricians employed (this is a separate owner expense) and their installer is an independent contractor, not from the Perth Metro Area, who works for them 1 day a week. I understand know why their installations are so slow.

They took additional payment for a replacement remote which has also not been provided for weeks.

Given they refuse to communicate with me at all and it has been 60 days since I raised a dispute with them, with no resolution, I have sought to challenge the transaction via my bank, and have lodged a complaint with the ACCC.

Kresta is no longer a professional organisation. If you have dealt with them previously, as I had, they are not the same company anymore. Their whole process is deeply flawed and unprofessional.

I would recommend that anyone considering Kresta, particularly the Cannington WA store keep looking! If you encounter issues they will take your money and turn their backs on you.

3 month wait, no contact from Kresta and still no blind! – Ordered one Venetian blind and paid deposit 1/5/24. Consultant told me 6 weeks until fitting. Have not had any contact since, not even an email. the shipment had been delayed and promised a callback on 29/7 with ETA. No call by COB 30/7. Awful service and follow up. Will never use this company again.

Shame on Kresta!!! – Shame on Kresta blinds!!! Late 2015, our charitable organisation purchased vertical blinds for our new granny flat, a total of 10 windows of various sizes, including the main entry door. Within two and a half years, one half of the blinds on each window (the non-security grill side), started to delaminate. By 2020 they were all looking… Read more

extremely shabby from the delamination. Kresta replaced those verticals with the same product, suggesting that it was our problem, as we should have had solar film on each of the windows. This we duly did. Early 2023 all of the windows, including the newer, replaced verticals behind the solar film, and the original ones behind the wire security grills had again, all badly delaminated.

We contacted Kresta in April 2023 and for eight months tried amicably to reason with them, requesting some form of compensation. According to Australian consumer rights regulations, the blinds were not fit for purpose. The best Kresta initially came up with, was supposedly a 65% discount on another vertical, as the same one had been discontinued. I contacted three Kresta stores and received three different quotes, indicating that in fact the offer of 65% off was bogus. When it came to the crunch Kresta went back on their offer, decreasing it to only 60%. We subsequently shopped around and have received quotes for a far better quality, top of the range, non laminated blind, at a cost less than the 60% off offer from Kresta.

We are extremely disappointed and disgusted with Kresta’s product, service, attitude and attempt to deceive our organisation. They showed no integrity whatsoever. We will never purchase from Kresta again and strongly discourage others from choosing Kresta. This product was not fit for purpose, (Kresta eventually removed it from their stock) but they did not and still will not own their faulty product. (See attached photos of a small proportion of the severely delaminated verticals)

Extremely Disappointed.

issues with delivery being in those timeframes. Office Contacts to enquire about updates or make charges to delivery dates was somewhat frustrating. I believe office admin /follow-up customer service can be improved.
