The shirt I bought from Kyle Jones is absolute trash! It doesn't look at all like their web site photos. The material is some weird, cheap, shiny material. Very wrinkled when it was supposed to be "wrinkle free". They offered me 10% refund. I can't return it because it would cost about $35-$40! I don't think Goodwill will even accept it, it's that bad!!

don't use them. They are a scam – Wow. Wish I had seen these reviews that has the common 1 star review before I sent my money into the abyss. I have been waiting 14 weeks now for a pair of shoes. Yes they answer my emails, which is more than some I guess, apologising and asking me to be patient. For 14 weeks now. I also note there is no phone number. SCAM! – SCAM, I purchased from Kyle Jones Melbourne, now Kyle Jones London, $375 worth, Not as described, appalling quality I have been battling with them for 4 months, I returned the products, arrived in China and they refused delivery of the goods and they were returned to me. Aus post told me exactly why and they refuse to accept that, the latest email they told me the customs clearance fee was not paid, what a load of nonsense.

The photos on Kyle Jones website are exactly the same, they are drop shoppers who ramp up the price. They are frauds, scam artists, and con people. Avoid at all costs, same products can be purchased through Temu etc for a fraction of the price.

DUKE QUARTIER WELLINGTON IS KYLE JONES. DO NOT TRUST – They're now going by the name 'DUKE QUARTIER WELLINGTON' (& probably other cities too) but if you dig deeper on the site, you find their contact details are for Kyle Jones Melbourne. Obviously trying to trick people who want to buy local. They claim to be a Wellington store since 1999 but I've never heard of them, they have no New Zealand address and the Domain registration was 2 months ago in Canada. DO NOT TRUST.

ACCC couldn't assist as the Company was registered in Denmark and the goods were shipped from Asia. I finally agreed to receive 50% of money back which I'm still waiting for. ridiculous emails that try hard to get you to keep the items. I've paid the $25 postage to return my order, but guessing that will be more money down the drain! Incredibly infuriating to lose $200 in total for absolute rubbish that I would never wear and would never have ordered if the photos and descriptions had been accurate - total RIP-OFF website and advertising
