Because of this delay, I’ve actually lost customers, which makes the situation even more unacceptable. Express shipping should mean faster delivery, especially for urgent items like this. While dispatch was prompt, the overall delivery experience hasn’t lived up to expectations. I hope Laptop Plus can look into their shipping reliability or provide clearer delivery timelines in the future.

checking, rapid feedback and receiving the charger 21 hours after ordering via Australia Post Express made me think it was too good to be true. As was confirmed by 2 other businesses, there are only aftermarket chargers now available for this ageing product and the one supplied by Laptop Plus is a far better design that the one it is replacing. The old charger was in the middle of two cables and all the joins ended up exposing bare wiring, making a buzzing sound and no longer charging the Yoga Laptop. With the unit supplied by Laptop Plus it is the type where the charger itself has a 3 pin plug and the cable runs direct to the laptop. Far fewer joins and already very neat and practical, and most importantly the correct part. I would like to thank Zak for his expertise, patience and excellent communication skills. Likewise I think it is encumbent on customers to give really detailed descriptions of what they are requiring to avoid possibly being shipped the wrong item. This is why the European Common market has legislated to force companies into making universal fitting cables/chargers rather than having hundreds or thousands of different formats. I have done some scathing reviews where they have been warranted but it is a pleasure to be doing one for friendly excellent and very prompt service. Well done.

Beware the warranty. Connection point to laptop fell off the charger when removing it from the laptop. They would not replace it as they said we must have done something for this to occur- it couldn’t possibly be poor workmanship! We did not damage charger at all and now are left without a working charger within the warranty period. Show details

Product received not as advertised – I wish I had seen these reviews before I ordered from Laptop Plus. I ordered a battery for my HP Laptop. The item specified a capacity of "7150mAh/82Wh". The item I received has a capacity of "6840mAh/79Wh" marked on the label. While this is only 5% off the advertised capacity, it is false advertising. It looks like I have been duped. Show details

NOT HAPPY at all -1000% – This company so so bad on warranty problem beware of it I have my bad experience after I return my laptop battery under warranty it’s puff like balloon and send back to them and I never seen any replacement at all no email no communication at all $140 gone so BE WARE people !!!!! Show details

Buyer beware - faulty charger, same issue twice – Bought a charger for a HP laptop. One plug pin snapped off after a short time, laptop plus replaced the charger. Same thing happened to replacement which tells me there is a fault with this product/ batch. Laptop plus will not replace a second time even though the replacement is only 9months old. huge range of charges and batteries for laptops, I was having a bit of trouble finding mine! Check out and payment couldn’t have been any easier! Even better, they were $35 cheaper then JB hi-fi and these guys give you the wall plug-in where JB don’t! The only thing I recommended to them was that they offer things like after pay, zip pay and the like to be more competitive where payment methods are concerned but apart from that, this company was so helpful and the piece I ordered has been shipped today. Really looking forward to it arriving so I can finally get my laptop up and running again! Thank you so much Alex and Zak at Laptop Plus.

Top notch customer service - no qualms replacements – Replacing my HP laptop battery. The delivery took only 2 days - very impressed. get them to send a different one. This ruined my weekend as it was Friday and I had no way to use the computer over the weekend. Went through the return process and got a refund but they didn't refund their postage cost to send it to me, nor mine, despite it being their mistake.

Helpful knowledgeable service – When I couldn't find exact details of my HP laptop battery after inputting my model number, a quick phone call fixed the confusion. After ordering I mistakenly ordered 2 batteries, and again after my panicked phone call, it was all fixed. It arrived promptly and, when fitted, made me realise how sad the old battery had been. understand why LaptopPlus won't claim & refund/Replace item purchased. I advised them the signature was not from anyone working here & that I was not at work on the day the post driver alleged he spoke with me meaning their delivery driver lied & still they refuse to refund or replace the item! My business purchases a lot of laptop parts for our repair department every week & will not use LaptopPlus again based on their lack of support or interest in building a trading relationship. What was a simple fix is now their loss of potential a lot of ongoing business.

Extremely difficult to deal with – After purchasing product and wanting to return that's when red flags appeared.After numerous emails and phone calls l finally had a result for which I had to pay return shipping and 10% restocking fee.Warning avoid this company and you will have a lot less stress.

charger they sold me wasn’t the right one for my laptop anyway. Stay away from this company, they keep hiding negative facebook comments. I’ve seen 5 within 24hrs get hidden within an hour of the post.

Post, it can go back to the Seller. Looking at the recent reviews on productreview.com.au says it all. I will in future use Product Review and make a decision then on how I spend my money. If I did that before I would be in the situation I am now due to dealing with a 1/2 Star Company called Laptop Plus.

Surprisingly good – Was initially discouraged by all the negative reviews here but had to order from this site anyway because it was the only place selling the charger I wanted. Surprisingly, the order was correct and came within 48 hours and everything works fine. (For reference - I am from Melbourne)

Wrong Charger – I've ordered from this site twice now a new laptop charger and I've put through the exact details of my computers make and model and twice I've been given the incorrect charger. It looks similar but it doesn't go all the way into the slot and will not charge. Do you just not have the charger I need? Do Not Buy Laptop Batteries from Laptopplus – Check whether your laptop accepts non-genuine batteries. Some like Lenovo and Dell have a whitelisting in the bios and only accept genuine replacements. This company knows this but will still sell you a useless battery and won't give a full refund. I had to go to Consumer and Business Affairs and still got $10 less than I paid. When you add on the postage both ways it's just throwing money away. Show details
