Borderline scam .From missing product for 10 weeks due to being sent to wrong address to once receiving goods product not as advertised and sent a much much less in value product .Customer service is a joke and had to threaten small claims to get any of my money back and in the end it cost me well over 3 months in time and approx 350 bucks .I will never ever use this mob again and highly suggest you do the same

SCAM COMPANY - DONT TRUST SCAM COMPANY, DO NOT TRUST. Will not refund faulty products. Will draw out the process and not take any responsibility. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Purchased 18 black sinks for a project; 3 sinks were the wrong colour. They would not refund or change over, and tried to encourage me to keep this with a minor discount. After explaining multiple times, I am unable to use them because they are the wrong colour.
Absolutely terrible company they do not care about customer service at all! DO NOT TRUST THEM. Send faulty items missing several pieces and will refuse to refund, they will have you going in circles to waste your time.

The product is a fake and poor quality. I paid over $100 for dolce and gabbana eyeshadow and they sent this cheap rubbish with little eyeshadow applicators which disintegrated immediately upon first use.

during winter, less sun and shorter days, and we’re now in spring, more sun and longer day. I have to prove to them how and why their product is faulty. I ended up buying another pump from Temu where I found the same solar water fountain for less. Save your time and effort, buy whatever you’re after from Temu, it’ll be cheaper and I bet they’ll provide replacement parts if the ones supplied fail. After tinkering with the Lasoo purchased product, I believe it was faulty connections but I have no electrical qualifications whatsoever.
Absolutely ridiculous!! False advertising and unhelpful customer service! I would avoid!! This is what they had advertised yesterday, so I emailed them and requested to purchase the product… lo and behold the price is actually over $1000 NOW!!
I do not recommend this desk or this company. I bought a brand new desk, but the edge was scratched, making it look like a second-hand product. I contacted the company, but they said it was “normal” and not a problem. They offered me two options: pay $51.48 to return it (out of my own pocket) or accept a $15 refund. I chose the $15 refund, but I am totally unhappy with this resolution.

I bought a cat scratching pad from Lasoo it was wrapped in plastic for shipping, when I removed the plastic it fell apart. The centre was cardboard strips wrapped around in a continuous circle making it impossible to put it back in place without cutting some of the cardboard away. Cheaply made don't recommend.

with lasoo support who then forwards it onto bloombird or perfect preowned (can't make sense of who is the actual seller is) and then gets a response and forwards it onto me making the process unbearably long and difficult, I am out the cost of the phone and if I want the phone back to get it inspected or fixed myself I have to pay for shipping for my own phone back.. clearly a scam or just absolutely poor product and customer service. I had issue with my purchase of the face cream and received the wrong products. This issue has been resolved in several weeks. I need especially to thanks Cherry from the service team for helping to liaise with the seller company getting it fixed. She always responded to my email promptly with the caring attitude. I received this planter box ordered after looking at nicely presented product on the Lasoo web site (picture). There is also a scheme with dimensions (picture). But this is not what you get. You receive many steel sheets, which after hours of work… Read more
assemble into a more complicated structure (picture). Internal parts require bending of sharp steel sheets and the assembly requires connections with 80 screws. The internal strengthening structure (picture) not visible on the web site pictures will make soil replacement more difficult. In summary, after you painfully assembled the first box it may take only two hours to assemble the second. It will look nice in the end, but some of the 80 short screws may fail. My advice to the manufacturer would be to forget the small advantage of packing into a compact box and produce larger parts.
Follow-up · Follow-up I bought two boxes, 80 cm x 40 cm x 40 cm. The instructions are adequate but you have to follow carefully every minute detail. The parts will fit together if you manage to bend the steel plates perfectly. For my second box, I used a vice tool to hold a plate and carefully bent slightly section by section returning to the beginning for more bending etc. It still took more than two hours to assemble the second box.
