Ordered a Powertrain gym two weeks ago shipped in two parcels with Allied and now one of the parts cannot be located. Both parts, according to tracking, should be with the local contractor, but nothing delivered thus far. Very annoyed at present. Show details

other kept getting told its be escalated, this went on for over 2 weeks only to get an email saying they will give me $70 back but I had to send the misleading product back at my own expense, I have declined this offer and will be contacting consumer affairs due to their false advertising and misleading products

Borderline scam .From missing product for 10 weeks due to being sent to wrong address to once receiving goods product not as advertised and sent a much much less in value product .Customer service is a joke and had to threaten small claims to get any of my money back and in the end it cost me well over 3 months in time and approx 350 bucks .I will never ever use this mob again and highly suggest you do the same

with lasoo support who then forwards it onto bloombird or perfect preowned (can't make sense of who is the actual seller is) and then gets a response and forwards it onto me making the process unbearably long and difficult, I am out the cost of the phone and if I want the phone back to get it inspected or fixed myself I have to pay for shipping for my own phone back.. clearly a scam or just absolutely poor product and customer service. I have made report with the ACCC not that it will help..

advised that debits have now been reversed but if you're going to deal with this company highly recommend using Paypal etc as a precaution.

I spent two hours trying to pay for a product at the checkout. The site wouldn't work no matter which way I tried. So I gave up and bought the same item cheaper of Ebay in 5 minutes- won't be back.

begin when they were trying to fix the fault, as soon as it got further, they stop emailing and stop communicating what’s happening unless you continue to push and hound them. They also changed the conditions for our refund to be issued to suit them and I have zero trust that I will ever see my money. Stay away at all cost.

wrong”. This delay and incorrect communication caused real inconvenience, as the item was intended as a time-sensitive overseas gift. Poor stock management and misleading communication. I would not recommend ordering if reliability matters.

An Australian company, says posting with auspost but....French perfume is being shipped from China. I was expecting local stock from local supplier...not a looooong wait from China!!!

They classified this transaction as a change of mind purchase.

I had issue with my purchase of the face cream and received the wrong products. This issue has been resolved in several weeks. I need especially to thanks Cherry from the service team for helping to liaise with the seller company getting it fixed. She always responded to my email promptly with the caring attitude. So for Cherry’s service, 5 stars!!
