Easy to shop, quick delivery time – Have shopped with latest buy twice now, always a good variety to choose from. Takes a couple days for dispatch but the actual shipping time is really quick!

Demanding a 5 star review! – See attached photo them demanding i give them a 5 star review. I dont think their service was anything special. My parcel arrived. Not that quick. End of story. I have never seen this before demanding positive feedback.

Don't buy the 2 Tier Microwave Steamer - imported and distributed by Uniwide Export P/L item no:KM00 – For 23 years I have cooked our vegetable in a plastic microwave steamer. are not distorted. If indeed the reason for the distortion is dishwashing the product there is no instruction/advice on the packaging to say that this product is not dishwasher safe. My former plastic steamers have lasted for 10 years (unfortunately replacements now longer available) and were washed daily in the dishwasher.

Maybe I did not notice that the product was faulty before I used it, therefore the problem has nothing to do with dishwasher?

Further, this product appears on another Webiste for less than 1/2 price the price I paid. The only up-side was that the product arrived quickly - in fact ahead of the expected delivery time

not happy with the product and may I return it. I was told immediately and without any hesitation that a refund of $19.95 would be processed and not to bother returning the product. I thought Oh Yes! here we go. To my absolute surprise I noted a credit to my Credit card on the 4th February from the company. Now if every business in Australia or the world for that fact acted in such good faith and keeping their product and service promise it would be a perfect world in which to do business. I have strict service and integrity policies in my own business and expect all others to behave the same way. If for instance the domestic airlines behaved in the same way as LatestBuy they may find themselves earning more business. I will certainly buy from them again without hesitation as their honesty is incredible. My experience of online purchase from the West – I purchase 2 items and both had faults when they arrived. These were a result of poor manufacturer quality control which can be expected out of China. Both the products had come from a local wholesaler so I went to them rather than go back 2000 km for exchange. for the second item. They said they would credit the retailer and the retailer could credit me. I am now waiting on a response from the retailer. I do not want to have to send the faulty item back to Perth from the east at my expense.

Like many people, I now do a lot of my purchases on line and generally get good fast service from on-line stores. but freight costs can sometimes be excessive although not for these two items.

I did think the products were poorly packed. The smaller item was not secured in the larger box allowing it to move around on the larger item in transit so both looked liked "seconds" on arrival. good range and easerly found product I was looking for.and fairly fast delivery. Items were both poor quality / faulty. I did expect better quality.

What you see is not what you get!!! – I bought 2 x the DIY Ladies tool kit for my 2 daughters as xmas presents. The tool kits were delivered today 13.10.14, and I found that the tool kits do not have a spirit level as advertised which is one of the most important gadgets!!! Also there were only 90 pieces not149 as stated and this includes the nails, wall plugs and screws provided. Not happy!!!! Where are the other 50 pieces AND the spirit level???

The only thing I would suggest is ensuring that you check the size of items online as the item I received was much smaller than I thought from the pictures but I take full accountability for that.

Digitech Wireless Ultrasonic Tank Level Meter – My Digitech tank meter bought from My Deal, posted by Latest Buy. It arrived perfectly packed and I looks OK. Won't know till its fitted next week at my shack.
