We received our mattress before the due date and it is absolutely perfect, I’m so glad I invested the extra money into a quality product, the mattress is the perfect blend of comfort and support and feels nothing like a sprung or foam mattress, I wake up fresh every morning and don’t want to leave the bed! journey and with the specialist advice, support and regular communication provided by Jacqui over this period we have now been experiencing improved comfort, support and sleep over the past 2 weeks since moving from Brisbane to Hervey Bay and receiving our new Queen Pure Comfort mattress. I have to say that it's the best mattress I have ever had. It's expensive, but you get what you pay for. For me it has been well worth the expenditure. I had been suffering from hip and shoulder pain that led to broken sleep. Now I sleep through the night and my hip and shoulder pain have all but disappeared. (I'm in my 70s).

While I knew it was a risk to purchase such an expensive item without testing, I decided to trust the reviews. We spend so many hours a day in bed, I thought it was worth the risk. I have been completely happy! I do not feel hot on this mattress. While I purchased the soft-firm-soft version, it's not a pillow-top feeling. You don't sink into it. But neither does it feel hard, I just feel beautifully and comfortably supported. It feels buoyant! I feel lifted and held gently but firmly. No sagging at all.

The only con is that I now would be happy to lie in bed all day!!

I noticed the Mosman store was having a sale. Never expecting to purchase a latex mattress (ever). was sleeping on a cloud - great support, absolutely no pain or discomfort. I had the most amazing, comfortable sleep. It gets better every night as my body is able to have a proper rest. Good mattress – I'm 120kg and wife is 55kg we got a firm queen matress and I am very happy with it. My hipps and knees joints are a lot less stiff than they have been. The mattress is not hot like some of the other mattress salespeople will tell you. An adjustable frame into zero gravity position is relaxing and relieving at the end of the day or to watch TV in bed. Melissa from the New Farm store seems highly qualified in the mattress game and is very knowledgeable when it comes to mattresses.

Because of desperation, I finally took the plunge and decided to purchase a Pure Comfort (soft-firm-soft) mattress. And am I glad I did! From the first morning, I felt the difference! My back pain was gone, and the stiffness was gone! It has provided me with the support that I needed. For the past several months, I’ve had more restful and deeper sleep which I haven’t had for a long time! I was quite surprised but mostly just glad that I made the right decision.

Since I share the bed with my husband, I find that it is a bit more bouncy than my previous mattress. However, because I now have deeper, more restful sleep, I don’t notice it as soon as I fall asleep.

I have had the mattress for a few months now, and so far it has maintained its shape and firmness.

The mattress is very supportive and yet feels really soft and cushy. Our back pain immediately disappeared. The 25 year warranty given on the mattress was also a no brainer for us and the fact that the bed is made from natural materials.
