Extremely disappointed! I bought the soft/medium/soft option & it's rock hard. I had to spend more money (bearing in mind the over $8000 outlay for the mattress) buying a plush overlay for it (I got that from Ecosa, no way I was giving these guys any more money). We went to our Local latex store in Mosman and was greeted by the store manager Sam, Sam's customer service was top notch, he spent his time to listen to what we need and helped us to choose what is the best for us. Sam's product knowledge was outstanding and overall we had a great experience learning of the product from Sam and the whole purchasing experience was very easy. The mattress is expensive but it totally worth the money. I slept well on the first night after the mattress arrived, it has the right firmness and really supported my back, I'm normally a side sleeper but I am now sleeping more on my back and are able to sleep deeper and better. We are so happy with the mattress and have recommended to many our friends to try the latex mattress and they must see Sam at Latex Mosman!

Australia Pure Comfort mattress was a dream to lie on in the shop. The quality of the mattress and covering was far superior to all the others we looked at. Yes it’s more expensive than some of its competitors however seeing the mattress may last up to 20 yrs - it’s very good value. We dealt with Maxine from the Springwood showroom who was very knowledgeable about the mattresses and extremely helpful in assisting the best mattress for our needs. The ordering process was easy and delivery punctual - the delivery team even said” you have bought well - we never have to return this brand” For the older buyers - Making the bed is a easy task now as the mattress is quite light - no more lifting a heavy innerspring mattress to change the sheets. to demonstrate exactly what I needed to do to help fix my issues. The Pure Comfort mattress is extremely comfortable and supportive. It’s like nothing I’ve slept on before. The adjustable base can put my body in a position that takes the pressure off my lower back, and slightly lift my upper body for my Vertigo. I love the stretch function.

My vertigo has now gone, and I no longer wake up with back pain. I’m sleeping so much better now. I think it’s the combination of an amazing supportive mattress and the many functions of the adjustable base. I have no hesitation in recommending both products, and of course the patient and knowledgeable Sam.

offered larger ranges of mattresses, specialised in and understood their products very well. The staff were lovely and did not rush us at all - me being a firm believer in taking time to try out the product before purchase. They undersold if anything but we were happy enough to arrange purchase on the spot. We are more than satisfied with the comfort and support of this mattress. We have high humidity here so latex is an obvious choice in keeping down mould and dust mites; this mattress is about a third of the weight of our old one, which was solid rather than the lighter aerated version LMA make. We can turn it without popping a disc! We are certainly noticing the difference this new mattress has made.

Latex matress Australia – I’ve had my new mattress for a few weeks now and I’m so happy with my choice. I got the 100% latex mattress and I’m finding it very supportive for my back. I really like that there’s no springs in the mattress and that it’s all natural, too. Big thumbs up from me! I found it very uncomfortable after few weeks. It is sinking in when I sleep. Don't buy if you like a soft bed – I have had mind for 2 years brought as soft as was available and what was recommended but it is still way to hard, I sleep on my side and have alot of shoulder pain I never had before with my old mattress, spent more than I could afford for what I thought would be wonderful.. Absolutely love it – I spend about 20hrs a day in bed and so needed the best mattress for my needs. It's a great balance of supporting my body and elevating any pressure areas. Comfy and no nasty smells – After much research needed to get a new queen size mattress, that was comfortable, no wire springs, good thickness and no chemical smells and preferably support an Australian company. Service was polite and friendly. Quick delivery. I sleep well on the mattress. Didn't want to leave my bed – I bought a King Single July 2022 as it was the day I emigrated to Australia. It arrived as I was handed the keys to my accommodation. firmer feel did take a couple of weeks to get used to but there has definitely been an improvement in our back pain since purchasing the mattress.

It’s hard to comment on the change in my quality of sleep as I have a 1 year old (so proper sleep is a luxury) but the mattress is very comfortable and has maintained its shape and firmness in the time we have had it.

The customer service we received when purchasing the mattress was excellent. Informative and helpful without being pushy.
