impressed with the mattress. Surprisingly we don't disturb each other when moving about in our sleep as previous mattresses do. However, the most impressive is how good both of us feel when we wake up. We don't have the aches and pains that we had with our old mattress. My wife has hip issues and she doesn't complain when she wakes up and my back pain is gone. We are extremely happy. The customer service was great and what we liked was they were very ethical and did what they said they would do. In sorting out our delivery I think we may have had three phone calls that day by the company. We couldn't have asked for better. Thank you for us to have a better nights sleep and making us feel so much younger.

surprised how friendly and non pushy they were. Tried every mattress for a LONG time and decided on the Pure Support in firm. Best decision ever. You really need to try it to believe it. Feels like nothing else could. I love it. Firm yet yields to your body in a way that offers luxurious support. As for the comments from other reviewers about latex getting hot well mine doesn't.

Delivery guys were exceptional (even waited whilst I vacuumed where they took the old bed out)

supports beautifully, I chose the Firm which gave me a perfectly straight spine in all positions [75 kg by the way].

My previous mattress was expensive yet still sagged after 2 years which the retailer said was 'normal' and after 5 years was giving me back ache in the morning with the Pure support my back no longer aches when I get up.

This is the third latex mattress I have purchased from them. The first was a pure comfort and it got ruined in a cyclone. The second went with my second wife which was a pure support. Then I bought an inner spring expensive sport Chiropractic piece of cr… that stated sagging after 6 months and their warranty was denied. Finally back to what I know. I know I can rely on getting a great sleep, which made such an improvement to my daily life, that I will never underestimate how important having the 'right' mattress is. Adjustable Base from the same company (in a package deal with the mattress), and the motor on the base is very quiet, and when using the remote to move from one position to another, the movement is very smooth. The remote is easy to use and compact.

The service at the Mosman NSW store was also great, with helpful staff.

hop up in the morning, and my back feels great. Although it’s firm it also has enough give in it that I can sleep on my side too (using a slide sleeper pillow). If you’re looking for a firm but comfortable mattress then I highly recommend this one.

fallen out of bed 4 times on this mattress due to this problem, which I've never had this issue before with any other mattress. The softness has also caused my wife and I to have back and neck pain. We've gone back to our cheap old spring mattress and are sleeping much better... I wake with sore hips and shoulders. Even to the point I have had a pinched nerve in shoulder with numb fingers for several weeks now. I reached out to them only to receive silence. Followed up in case CoVID isolation was to blame, still nothing. Overall it should last me, but will now need to invest in additional softening as instead of waking refreshed, I'm waking with additional aches.
