My partner and I bought two long singles to make up a King Bed which cost us $6,500 for the 2 mattresses, and we also paid $4,000 for 2 adjustable bases. sale price only a week after we spent over $10,500!! Very disappointing knowing we spent $4,500 more than the sale price and they actually cause us back pain! We wish we never bought them and we have had to buy 2 more mattresses elsewhere since! :(

We found them to be really uncomfortable and they actually caused us both back pain! The mattresses feel dead and offer minimal support. Each night after sleeping more than a couple of hours on the mattresses they become hard and unforgiving and we find ourselves tossing and turning all night trying to get comfortable. Exactly the opposite of what we were told to expect. The only way to make the mattresses bearable has been to add a thick woolen topper to add some comfort. The mattresses are also hot, heavy and difficult to move as they have no handles and just flop around. Be mindful of this if you live in a warmer climate or if you are purchasing a queen or a king as it will be very difficult to move, rotate and/or flip.

Shop around and fins a shop that offers a 30 day comfort guarantee. Something all mattress companies should offer! We found a shop in Tweed called Bedzz that offers this 30 day comfort guarantee, which actually help you find the right mattress and if you don't like it they will swap it for another one within 30 days.

I would not recommend Latex Mattress Australia to anyone.

based on their assurance they would arrive on Friday. After waiting all day Friday we told they would not be there. We had just checked out of our hotel. Nowhere to sleep. We scrambled to buy blow up mattresses! The next day they only delivered 2 doubles and held the queen and double saying there was damage to it. The real kicker came when just 5 days later after we had paid 25,000 for the mattresses they slashed their prices by 70% we lost out on 16,000! When we reached out to Debbie to ask if they would honour the lower price they refused!! We were about to buy a king mattress but I am completely done with this dishonest company. I feel completely scammed and would not recommend their products, the mattress is average and I am a huge advocate of all natural latex mattresses for years in Canada! Buyer beware!

I know I can rely on getting a great sleep, which made such an improvement to my daily life, that I will never underestimate how important having the 'right' mattress is. Then I bought an inner spring expensive sport Chiropractic piece of cr… that stated sagging after 6 months and their warranty was denied. Finally back to what I know. I should have just bit the bullet two mattresses ago. Would have saved a lot of money. Thank you Latex Mattress Australia. My back isn’t sore in the morning any more and I know this one will last. I will add I have one of their toppers on it that I purchased to try and fix the innerspring.

Terrible compared to previous latex mattresses – We bought a 'firm' pure support mattress. It is by far the softest mattress we have ever owned, to the point we thought they had sent us a soft mattress. fallen out of bed 4 times on this mattress due to this problem, which I've never had this issue before with any other mattress. The softness has also caused my wife and I to have back and neck pain. We've gone back to our cheap old spring mattress and are sleeping much better... It seems like most of the reviews on here are fake accounts set up by the mattress company (most have only posted one review-this mattress).

Save your money and get a trial instead – If you are interested in the Pure Support bed, get the Pure Trio instead (company who makes the toppers, google them). It is ~1/3 of the full price ($1495 vs $4495 for long single), has a trial period, is made in the same factory with identical zoning, and it appears to be very similar in construction with 3 layers but the layers are not glued… Read more

together as they are in the Pure Support. Unfortunately I was not aware of this until after I purchased. After a week or two I found I was unable to sleep on the mattress for a whole night due to discomfort from the strange zoning. The shoulder zone is not the softest, but rather the zone just below it which falls in the centre of your back. This creates a slight dipping sensation in the mid back region. I tried purchasing the topper but this just magnified the issue as it is also zoned in the same way.

Interestingly Pure Trio reports the same showroom as Latex Mattress Australia yet none of the staff mentioned it.

Unfortunately returns are not possible which is why I would recommend the Pure Trio if you are interested in this mattress. Save money and have the peace of mind of a trial period.

My wife is happy enough on the medium but also could not sleep on the topper. She suspects she could get a cheaper mattress with the same comfort level but sleeps well enough which is the most important thing. For reference, I'm ~187cm and 72kg with shoulders wider than my hips.

I only give this 2 stars because of the combination of discomfort and price. The pros are the quality of the latex cover and no doubt the latex itself. I may try a significantly cheaper 100% natural latex mattress that has a trial period, such as the Peacelily mattress.

guys helped with set-up and even showed me how to easily turn the mattress. Thanks guys!!! Much improved sleep from night one. However, after about a week or so, the lower back was hurting throughout the day, and this continued for a couple or so days. I was and am sure this was due to the 're-aligning' the mattress was providing. Yes!!! The back is sooo much better now. No regrets whatsoever about purchasing this mattress - well worth it!

Adjustable Base from the same company (in a package deal with the mattress), and the motor on the base is very quiet, and when using the remote to move from one position to another, the movement is very smooth. The remote is easy to use and compact.

The service at the Mosman NSW store was also great, with helpful staff.

We love our new latex mattress – Very happy with our purchase. While we have found the mattress to be very supportive, we found it a little firm for us so we put the latex topper on top which has now given us the perfect mattress.
