The team I dealt with at Latitude started with Rebecca who was extremely helpful and a lovely lady to deal with. She made the whole application so straightforward and easy. My loan got approved very quickly with no fuss and now my balloon payment for my Mazda has now been payed for with no fuss. Thank you team and I have been recommending you to friends. So good the team was helpful with everything

Rate could have been better
Although each stage of the application was very smooth
I did have some difficulty with the application web page this could be simplified my attachments was the issue

Very Happy

I found Latitude staff were very helpful and so quick to help and talk though the loan application.
The best financial institutions I have dealt with.In fact both customer service persons who assisted me in applying and receiving the loan were incredible. Will go through Latitude again for my finances.

Customer service perfection

I cannot state how professional and friendly the staff at Latitude are. They answer the phone, give direct numbers and most of all talk through any hiccups in the process. Banks , look listen and learn as to how it should be done !

I am happy with my customer experience in taking out a personal loan was very good,
great communication with Latitude staff and very helpful,
I had no unexpected costs,
I would have liked a lower interest rate, but it's better than the car loan I had with Latitude

It was so good to be able to access when I needed it.

Worst decision ever!

The whole process of getting this loan was bad and the only reason I took it out in the end was because it already affected my credit rating! Will not be recommending this company to ANYONE EVER!

Perfect Service

% customer service experience was excellent . I was very happy with the service.
No there were no additional costs incurred on my loan.
Everything was all good , I was just surprised with the interest rate that is huge.

Looked After Me

I was extremely satisfied, the young lady that took care of me made sure I understood everything about their business, and made sure I understood everything about my personal loan.
There was no hidden costs, she had my best interests.
I would definitely be using their service again.

Quick approval

Good community. Quick draw down. Just not entirely satisfied with broker commission....fairly easy n straight forward process. Staff are professional. Good that I have option to pay it out early. Just not happy with early repayment fee!!

Appalling Service

I have been with latitude for 10yrs (formerly known GE Money). I applied to refinance my loan and the application approval process took 4 weeks! I was asked to pay some outstanding debts to have, Latitude's own words, 'will be approved in 3 days', turned out to be 3.5 weeks. During that period, I called everyday for status on my application to be lied to and hung up. When requested to speak to a manager, I was put on hold for 10mins+ and then hung up on. I went through their complaints team (IRD) early in the application with no resolution. I DO NOT RECOMMEND Latitude to my enemies!!!

Discrimination

I applied for a personal loan to buy new bedroom furniture.
My application was declined, the reason! I am on insurance income protection payments. I have cancer and I am not presently able to work. As far as my employer is concerned I am still employed with them and they are looking forward to me being back once I am able.The reason I have income protection insurance to cover me for when I am not able to work, this is exactly the same as my income for attending my workplace and yet they declined my application..

Not happy at all.

We do take many factors into account when assessing an application for finance and receiving income protection does not immediately disqualify someone from being approved. Generally, a lending decision is final but given your circumstances, I’d like to see if I can help. I called, regarding an error made in my application, only to be told a decline is a decline. No lee way to move. Very disappointing, why, when I have paperwork to prove income, are you not willing to look into the error for me?
