I had an issue lodging online use the chat option and was able to speak to customer service representative the process was straight forward and easy and communication throughout was excellent

Fast and easy process.they had a real person who was willing to understand the borrowing capacitu instead of just some manual computer generatred loan application which simply rejects based on numbers.

$5000 and got approved the same day. Very fast and easy service, and I only had to do it online and upload my payslips from my employer.

I was unsure to apply after getting the quote with interest rate seems bit high. Few says later got a phone call, they offered 2% discount on interest rate, she was helpful yhe rest is history….happy with the outcome.

lying that the supervisor said they will remove the accrued interest on my account and will close the account.. Now STILL waiting for complaints department to “resolve” it. WORST COMPANY EVER!!!!!!! I do not owe anything but yet still reckon I do……

Your phone service is worse than Centrelink and that saying something call you as soon as your open and your already operators are busy. Press to wait in the cue for a call back and I get put on hold for another 15 mins only to get press to get a call back again. Seriously

I have been getting loans through this company for over 15 years! But the last few years the rates are high and they keep putting them up when I called to get a pay out figure they put my interest rate down by 4% only to increase it every two months! Have had enough have switched my loan over to Zip match easier to deal with and a lot lower rates.

I would highly recommend Latitude for a personal loan, especially in an emergency situation. Whenever I need financial assistance urgently, Latitude would be my first choice. But for this application, I did not have to interact with a single person. It was done all online, approved the next day, and after documents were signed, the funds were in my account the next day. Incredibly easy and super fast.

In saying that, some time ago I was going to refinance the outstanding loan with another company, and advised Latitude of this. They negotiated a 2% reduction in my loan rate. And then just 2 months later, advised me that my loan interest rate was being increased - by almost 2%. That's shady.

Which is why I'd prefer not to deal with them. I also worry about the times I HAVE dealt with Customer Service agents who are obviously in an overseas call centre. What protections are in place so that they cannot take screenshots of personal financial information to be sold on the dark web? There have been companies caught out with this, and although the application process seems very secure, I have to wonder. Especially based on the above behaviour where my negotiated discount rate got increased again just a short time later.

But - once again - based on my LAST experience, I did not have to deal with a single person, and that's the way I like it.
