Update to replace tired system – Whole process was great. I traded in my previous Laurastar lift as it was quite old and was not working properly. Given a great trade in and purchased a new Laurastar Lift. Great simple ironing system to use that does the job perfectly. using a far superior product. The Laurastar has lived up to my expectations. It is very easy to use and maintain. In fact, the rocket-like steam jets make ironing a dream (Note: I usually hate ironing). My ironing is completed in half the time and to a much higher quality than any other iron out on the market. It treats all my fabrics well (think delicates & regular clothes) and removes creases that no other iron could (think denim or heavily crushed cotton). I don't find ironing a chore anymore and I highly recommend this product.

Efficient and user friendly – The iron replaced a commercial steam system that was powerful but it’s size inconvenient. constant and all components are of high quality. I mostly only ever vertical steam so I would say the one minor con is that the iron itself seems slightly heavier than others I’ve used. However, the pros far outweigh this. This is a quality product that is far superior than the competitors and the performance is unrivalled.

I highly recommend this product.

Much improved model – This new model is great, user friendly and easy to use. Quick heating and ability to refill the water tank while ironing. Now I can complete my ironing without having to stop and wait for it to cool down before being able to open and refill. Much improved and I just love it. No regrets! One of my best purchases – I had a G1 from a decade ago that was brilliant, so it seemed reasonable to replace it with another Laurastar given the durability and longevity. Fairly good but with reservations – It is good with all clothes - irons beautifully The steaming capacity is very good. Negatively: The cord gets very hot where it joins the iron The boiler noise is extremely annoying - it is constant - it never stops and is very loud. Show details

Use 1 min and report issues – I did everything according to the instruction and after 2 min of using the steam, the equipment reports low water level, despite the water tank is 9/10 full. The product did look beautiful, but what's the point if you cannot use it?
