Value for money – I got this product as I really wanted a coffee machine for a while now but the coffee machines from other brands were really expensive. One fine day I came across this coffee machine and at first the price seemed too good to be true hence I checked for reviews and it seemed good. Coffee capsule drawer is stuck – It doesn't work after I used this around 1year. The coffee capsule drawer is stuck. Can't be removed. can’t use it anymore. I think many people have the same problem. but no one is getting it fixed. I don't know what to do with it. Bad bad bad bad bad.  Show details

Cafe coffee at home – Beautiful tasting hot coffee like in the cafes. Its OK makes coffee quickly – I rate this as OK. It makes coffee quickly but don't expect it to be as rich and full bodied as a proper machine. The advantage of this system is that its fast and quite mess free, so if you are in a hurry it's good. Very compact machine Coffee so so – This is a tiny and quite attractive little pod machine. It is a little plasticky but it works exactly as intended. As a Melbourne man, it's hard for me to like pod coffee and I have tried to like this. The truth is I am just too used to decent coffee and I cant get used to pods despite the convenience. Got is cheap at Target its so so – I only bought this because it was on good special at Target. Frankly I don't use it much anymore - the coffee is just meh. Its just okay – I honestly would spend a bit more than get this machine. Regular size coffee mugs don't fit unless you take the drainer out. Not nespresso compatible and seems a bit weak. Cant even find any hot chocolate pods to fit. Might be good for a work place i guess, easy to use quick to clean but Overall its a no go for me.  Show details

We use this machine as our office coffee machine......was cheap but makes great espresso coffee and – The lavazza coffee has been great. Super fast order delivery online. And just to top it of lavazza have replaced our over worked 2year old machine free of charge simply because we have been a good customer. I cant ask for more than that. Great all round service. Handy for a complete latte – Lavazza is a great tasting coffee. This machine just improves the experience for those who like milk with their coffee. was happy at first – Have had my machine for only a few weeks and the coffee now comes out very weak and undrinkable. I lover it until today. Easy to use and clean. The first water to come out used to be very dark and now it is only the colour of the froth.  Show details

cheap machine – This Lavazza capsule machine is cheep and it is a compact one, which takes a bigger space than the normal one. Milk frother is mini but use stainless steel which is easier to clean.Capsule coffee quality is always consistently good, only the capsule is the main cost. Does the job – Straight up I have not been a drinker of coffee. I got one of these as a gift. It does the job but make sure you let it heat up a bit before you use it. If you wait for the light to go green and then go you will have yourself a cold coffee. Frother works really well as long as you don't use lite milk. bought it is stopped working - so I descaled it and it worked again fine for 4 weeks and now has stopped altogether.

Mind you for the price I paid it was still a good deal, but I would buy one on special so if your also fails within 10 months you're not out too much.

Perfect Coffee Machine – Taste is amazing, you can turn up and down the heat of the milk and its perfect froth with 3 different froth settings. Good coffee - but my machine stopped after 18 months – Good little pod machine. Makes a very good short black. The range of pods is good. They are on special regularly at Coles. My machine stopped working after 18 months. Pushing the ‘power button’, it flashes (as if warming up) for 10 seconds, the turns off. Lavaxza have not returned any communication.  Show details

Nice coffee – Got my machine on special at Coles for 100 dollars.Machine makes a decent tasting coffee, and is great because it froths the milk at the same time on the other side of pod station. It's fine not great – Bought this coffee machine from aldi - intially it's a little awkward to use, we found that it wasn't giving us hot coffee, it was more luke warm. It's generally ok. "Money Back Scam" Great for the price, just wish it dispensed a set amount of water – Purchased this for $149 with $50 back from Lavazza. Really happy with it for that price. Got a trial pack of all the different pod flavours (love some/hate some but that just comes down to personal taste). they really thought through how this looked and it's nice and compact for a small kitchen bench in an apartment. Milk warmer is good as well. I wasn't actually a fan of black coffee before this but bought it to cut down on milk/dairy and now I am happy having a black coffee every day. My only issue with this is that you have to stand and manually turn it off to stop the water flowing - I really with there was some way to set a specific water amount every time to make sure you weren't getting burnt coffee from the pods (you have to stand and watch it and judge on the level - which is had unless you have glass cups or use a different mug each time).

While the product is ok, the money back promise is a total scam. I purchased mine within the period to buy for the cashback promo and entered for the cashback online immediately. I heard nothing and didn't receive a cheque and contacted them to be told that they couldn't locate my claim number and to just submit it again, so I did. I then received an email stating that I wouldn't be getting the $50 cashback as you had to claim the money before the 13th October and because my second claim went through after this I wouldn't get the $50 cashback (even though I originally put the first claim in that they "couldn't find" before the 13th. Total scam and false advertising taking advantage of people. Funny that when I bought the item I wasn't told these terms, only after they told me to resubmit my claim :(

Makes good coffee . Throw away machine – The taste is ok . Trying to find replacement parts for it is impossible. Sent emails no reply. The pods are very expensive . Other brands are a lot cheaper . So reliable and easy to make great coffee – I have owned my Lavazza for over a year now, and it hasn't missed a beat. So easy to use, the capsules are a reasonable price with plenty of variety, and its easy to clean and maintain.
