details they have told me they don’t sell the covers or the cushions separately. Only offered to sell me two new complete sunlounges when everything else is perfectly fine with what I have. They sent me a link to a company to get new covers made which will cost nearly as much as the full sunlounges. This furniture is not up to the quality that they charge. Customer service will only deal with you via email. Will never use this company again.

A dysfunctional and selfish company - They will tell you anything to sell - then they could not care less – On Sept 18th 2024 I purchased in person an outdoor furniture set from Alexandria/Sydney, around $2750 total. I explained I need it by Oct 11th, they said no problem. Then I received a call on the same day informing me that they made an error and the delivery would be second half of October. 25th I then received an email saying that the delivery actually will be second half of DECEMBER (!!). After a few calls trying to understand why I was given the wrong delivery TWICE,, a guy from Alexandria disclosed to me that the reason was that it would cost THEM $700 to ship the set to Sydney before December, so I had to wait or cancel and get a refund.. Totally irresponsible and disrespectful behaviour towards a client.
From this point on, a massive saga kicked in trying to get my money back during which I wasted at least 5 hrs on the phone (maybe 50 calls with various parties over 3 weeks, sometimes they would say they would return my call, but would not do) and it took me about 1 month to receive my money. The core of the problem, allegedly, was that they could not refund me on the virtual Visa card in my Android wallet (I used my phone to pay) because it was THEIR policy to only make refunds to the exact card the payment was made. I found the details of the virtual card after many hrs with my bank (my bank said that they had never heard such a thing re: not being able to process the refund on any other card), after a few dozens of calls and some more indifference, a lady from Lavita accounts called me to tell me that if I wanted to receive the refund I had to go to my bank, file a transaction dispute, and once this is processed they would reverse the transaction. Insane!!!! I spend several hours with my bank providing all evidence and tonnes of information, an utter waste of my time.
At least 4 Lavita employees were fully aware what I went thorough, this company is so pathetic, I received not a single piece of correspondence from customer care for an apology and explanation.
This company appears to have very good reviews., but what I experienced was dreadful, I strongly recommend you verify the authenticity of the reviews.

Long lasting furniture – I am in the process of buying some indoor furniture. I came to Lounge Life because I bought an outdoor modular lounge and a coffee table almost 10 years ago from La Vita Furniture (a sister shop) and it still looks like new. Adam and Will, his young offsider were incredible. They had been working since 5.30am and in spite of that we’re still full of energy having to get the 7 seater down a steep drive then up a short flight of stairs into the lounge area. There was no damage due to their cautious moving and the end job was excellent. They were extremely friendly and helpful and I can highly recommend them for any delivery jobs.
Can't thank you all enough. The wife and I are so happy with the results.
