I purchased the balmain outdoor furniture in June 25. The salesman said it was water resistant and stain resistant as it was olefin. He also advised us to purchase Guardsmam which would also add another layer of water resistance and stain resistance. also purchased a cover which we keep covered at all times however it’s still soiling badly as times goes on. We have contacted Lavita & Guardsman customer service numerous times and they keep blaming the situation on each other and refuse to help. We are frustrated that a high end outdoor furniture would be so non stain resistant. This is not acceptable and I will be lodging a complaint with the Office of fair trading as welll as other independent review site. I am very unhappy and want to be contacted with a resolution asap .

My favorite store for outdoor furniture and their quality is excellent. Their customer service also exceeds their competition. Would place them well above King Furniture, and marginally better than Nick Scali and Plush. We have 2 settings almost 10 years old now, one of gets daily sun, and they both look almost new. Johnny was great to deal with at the Salisbury store. He was very helpful in matching our needs, without any sales pressure. A friendly follow up a week after our initial store visit resulted in a return to the store and a change in lounge configuration to better suit our needs.
