Big shout out to Mark and the team. Needed a section of the fence removed due to construction. Marks team came back done it straight away. Then reinstated it when builder was finished. Plus reinstated the side gate post (that they did not need to do) really appreciate the support. The communication and support from mark was second to none. Super easy to deal with and very supportive. Thanks team !

the main water line between the water meter and the master solenoid for the reticulation system. This my the tenant without water, causing significant inconvenience and a high water bill.

Given that this issue only arose after LD Total carried out their work, it is reasonable that the damage occurred during the landscaping process. Unfortunately, when we raised the matter with LD Total, they refused to take responsibility and instead redirected the issue back to the builder, despite there being no prior faults.

The lack of accountability and unwillingness to investigate or resolve the issue professionally was very disappointing. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend LD Total.

response. When replies did come through, they were generic and unhelpful, simply repeating “6–8 weeks” without any further detail or effort to assist.

When I called to discuss the situation, I was hoping for some level of support or willingness to explore options to expedite the process. Unfortunately, this was not the case. Responses remained brief and dismissive, and while it was mentioned that the issue would be escalated, there was no meaningful follow-up.

What was particularly concerning was being told that delays were due to reminder emails supposedly sent to me. When the email address was read out, it was clearly not mine. I did not receive any communication from LD Total, yet there was no acknowledgement or apology for this error, nor any attempt to resolve the situation.

After spending a week trying to get clear and effective communication, we made the decision not to proceed with LD Total for fencing or front landscaping.

As property investors building multiple homes in WA, this experience has ensured we will not engage LD Total for future projects. I will also be sharing this feedback with others to help them make informed decisions.

Awful service. I’ve been waiting nearly 10 months for my property’s garden to be completed, and they won’t respond to my emails or calls. I’ve been told I’m not the only one waiting and to “get in line.” Appalling service.

LD Total installed a reticulation system in my front yard but wired it incorrectly, meaning it never worked. I had to hire another contractor to inspect and fix the issue, and now LD Total claims that having it inspected has voided the warranty. If they had done the job correctly in the first place, none of this would have been necessary, yet they still refuse to take responsibility or reimburse me for the additional costs.

Illegal, Careless Poison – Just had a LD Total Ute park out front, unload spay packs, remove lids and place them in contact with the plants on the verge I'm trying to grow. Dragging nozzles across my plants. Notice on side of ute "Caution Herbicide Spraying Gyphosate." They moved when told! So the way they conduct business is illegally and carelessly poisoning innocent folks plants.

Crooks – Ok publicly LD total except feedback and complaints but they have made no attempt to rectify being stood down illegally. Zero communication. Despite following all Covid protocols and advising LD total of my medical position on vaccination they chose to commit workplace bullying, fraud and breaching of my workplace rights. company has a QC as a wife they are both aware of the crimes they have committed against me. This is a perfect example of how disgusting corporate operations are propped up by an even more disgusting legal system. Just so I’m clear ,being stood down left my family with no income over past 3 years, no government assistance because of a stood down status (imposed by LD total), the sale our family home and family assets to survive. Apparently none of this is reason to respond directly with me but publicly happy to pretend to acknowledge my complaint. Out of all the melbourne staff I was the only person stood down. No follow up was ever done by this company.

Disgusting behaviour – You seriously need to apologise asap to my daughter for the insulting behaviour of your employee , disgusting mouth on this adult man I think we should share his behaviour with the world/ media , he caused such anxiety to a disabled man whom was left shaking with anger , not a good look for your business but a perfect example of violent abusive behaviour in our society

Shocking service – I had my garden done and after waiting months for them to complete the works and some of my plants died. I have been trying to get them to replace the plants under warranty since 26th February as the damage was due to the install of the retic that burst and flooded my front so I had to wait for them to come out and fx it which wasn't until 24… Read more

hours later and in 40 degree heat, some didn't survive. I've followed up with the supervisor John who assured me he has ordered the plants and that they wouldve been replaced back in early March. I've been following this up since the 26th of February and just get told someone will contact me and they don't.

If you want good service and support after install, avoid this company!

Just use any other firm – Retic not installed properly, whole yard died due to LD's total ineptness. Say they'll fix it, but don't come or deny they make mistakes.

Company ute Casing property when nobody is home – Dodgy workers in company ute stopping Infront of my house having a look on multiple occasions when nobody is home. With no business being on my street to begin with all caught on CCTV

very unprofessional – Any home handy man would have designed and executed a better landscape and retic design than i received. I consider the work to be very second rate. Water supply pipe size was obviously under sized hence water to system is barely enough.

small patch of lawn. Firstly, given our block was just sand, if we were to plant anything, some sort of soil would have to be put down but no, all they did was lay mulch. This includes where they planted the 5 extremely small bushes. Secondly, we had a small patch to have lawn laid. We realised after they laid it that they literally put the roll of lawn straight down onto the sand, which when we had a read of the pamplets they gave us, it specifically says that it needs soil on the top 100mm of the soil profile otherwise it will have a root system that will stay on the top layer causing poor drought tolerance and reduced ability to take up nutrients. This lawn was also laid in multiple small patches. Keep in mind, because we chose to have buffalo put down, we had to pay a gap of $141.83 (10m2) and for what? a lawn that is destined to die.

Unfortunately very soon have found out that job has not been done according to plans.

Workers have not install the reticulation on my whole front garden. They have left part on the garden bed without reticulation. They have just covered it by mulch and I was lucky that I have noticed that now, otherwise I would lose all my plants there during coming summer. James has promised tho come and fix it, but never came. I had to re-plant some plants myself as well as they were not in a strait line..... I'm very, very disappointed.
