ZL pet and equine is Lealean pet supplies and sharlee stockfeeds – Don't be fooled by the different owner name, they are now trading as ZL pet and equine and ripping people off. Apparently 100's of people have complained to fairtrading but they still are allowed to trade. Send products they feels like sending and then ignore you and refuse to give refunds. because they don't want to be kicked out of ebay (although still have a low rating on there for slow delivery) but if you purchase through the website you are almost guaranteed to get ripped off. You'll end up having to apply to your credit merchant for a refund.

Now trading as Z L Pet and Equine Group, was previously Lealean, Sharlee Stockfeeds, and Online Pet – Seems these scammers are very busy people. listed on the website, although I had to search to find them. For two months I tried calling those numbers but they were never answered. Then in August I finally had a call answered. The girl who answered promised follow-up. I then received a call from a different number, again promising follow-up. Interestingly this phone number is also mentioned in reviews for Lealean Pet and Equine, Online Pet Supplies and Sharlee Stockfeeds!! Numerous text mesages ensued, full of excuses and lies. Next stop for me is the Dept of Fair Trading and my Credit Card provider.

They may have changed their company names over and again, but they certainly have NOT changed their illegal practices.

Not Happy – I placed an order on the 29 nov 2015 and looks like I'm never going to get it as the web site has been taken down. Don't know if I'm going to be able to get me money back. Please everyone stay away from them they are a SCAM

Fraudulent 'company'! – I ordered an item on 2 November and have not received it. I emailed them and no response. Now website is non existent and email bounces back. Contacting my bank to recover fees now.

So dodgy! – Don't buy from this company - I failed to notice the website had no phone contact or address details. You will not receive any products and contact is email only. You get only 1 email with wishy washy answers to any questions about it actually being posted to delay you getting any refund on your payment.

convictions under another business name in 2013 where fined $20K & still at it. How do they get away with it.

SCAM - Order does not come – Do not order from them! Order does not come and my bank are now investigating. Wish we had googled this company before placing order :(

Don"t Order – Ordered, never received, like everyone else, wish I'd googled first, now I will! What a scam, reported fraudulent to my bank Update weeks later - well I finally received my order, after the bank investigated my report of them. No apology, no communication. Pathetic - should be shut down.

you'll never get what you paid for – I should have read the review before placing my order. they sent the wrong item instead of 500ml B12 I got 3x 100ml and instead of 3x b-complex 100ml I only got 1x of b-complex. This is clearly stealing.

Don't order from Lealean Pet – I have placed an order for nearly two weeks now and haven't yet received the goods. The only email from them was the next day after order saying its been processed. Since then have sent emails twice to check the status with no reply yet. They don't have any phone either to chase this up. Very poor service won't buy again from this website, doesn't worth it at all.....

Received goods – After posting a negative review I did receive my goods. Company said had not received initial email querying time to process order. Have the product now and did receive a follow up email so all good. Will probably not use them again as reviews very mixed.

Very slow to respond – I initially was browsing online for cat food when I found Lealean to have the best price. any Hills products on the market. I was subsequently advised that the additional product I was after was discontinued.

It all seemed very efficient and customer friendly so I placed my order.

Over a week later when my products had not arrived, I contacted Lealean and several days later, they responded to say one of the items was not in stock so they were waiting for it.

My goods did eventually turn up, albeit over 3 weeks after my initial order, and I had to go out and buy some food at the local pet store in the interim.

I felt that they were very slow to respond to queries once they had my money and as I had to source products from an alternate source, I would not shop with them again.

Need to be shutdown – Ordered from them on the 17th June 2015 still waiting no replays to my emails which I've sent several asking for a refund. These people need to be shutdown can't understand how they are still operating!!!!! Out of pocket $127.50

No show with productd – Website goods had been sent and that was last Monday July 20. Nothing here or at post office. Rang on mobile and received text that someone will check this afternoon and get back to me then. Will see what happens and repost later. Asked to cancel order and refund money.

Big Scam!!! – I ordered some items from Lealean on 19 August 2014 and paid for them on the same day. Items never arrived. No replies to my emails. Obviously a scam.

Do not buy from here – I actually had several positive experiences with this website and was a regular user who placed large orders (I own four dogs - hence a lot of dog food required). Then my final order was placed earlier this year, the payment went through, I was given a reciept, and everything looked fine. Until a month went by and no order came. I checked the website and it was done. No phones were being answered, nothing. I ended up having to dispute the charge through my bank and to this day have not heard a peep from them again.

Very untrustworthy and not worth using them at all. I buy my supplies from Omar's Vet online now and they are fabulous.

Stole my money and ignored complaint from Fair Trading – I cannot believe they are still in business. I have never received the goods I paid for, and have not received any response to requests for a refund. I complained to the Office of Fair Trading and apparently LeaLean also ignored correspondence from them. The credit card companies should cancel their merchant arrangement, it would stop the thieving.

DON'T BUY FROM LEALEAN!!!!! – Wish I had read reviews prior to placing order. No response from Lealean. I have lodged complaint with NSW Fair Trading and my bank to retrieve my money.

BE VERY AWARE – Order placed 06/01/2015. Received part of my order after continually chasing them. I was promised a refund on remainder of order, two weeks on and still have not received refund. Impossible to contact. Will not reply to the many phone calls, messages, etc. Stay well away from this supplier.

Another unhappy experience – Product ordered 3/2/15. Still not received 6/3. I have sent 2 follow up emails questioning order not received. Silence. Wish I'd thought to look up reviews first.

Scammed – Just read the below reviews a bit to late. I ordered goods from this company and never received them nor have they answered any of my emails. I've Google the company and found they have done this before under another name. I've lodged a complaint with Fair Trading NSW and warned other sites that they go through of what's been going on. Be well aware of this scam.

Thieving ********s – AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. Do not use this company, they are a scam. I see Robert thinks they're great, I think "Robert" must be Lealean Pet Supplies as he seems to be the only one happy with them. I spoke to a man a couple of times when I didn't receive my order, he just gave me empty promises and the run-a-round.

Scam company - DO NOT USE – I, like many others, have been scammed by this company. I placed an order weeks ago and have not received it or any response to the numerous emails I have sent. Great Prices – I have been buying from lealean pet supplies for about a year and a half now and have always had a good experience in fact I have recommended them to several of my friends.

Criminals – I paid for my order received a email saying it had been sent to Aust post but never received it and they will not answer my emails asking about it. no phone number that should be a sign.

Do not use! – This vendor takes your money but doesn't supply the goods and does not reply to email enquiries. No phone number to contact. Have been waiting for well over 6 weeks. Have reported to police for fraud.

I am so lucky! – Just opened an account with this company and was about to place an order, thought I would check their reviews. Lucky I found this site. I have emailed them to remove me from their mailing list my reason being because I had just read their feedback and how fortunate I felt as I had not completed my order with them.

Stay away from the Lealean Pet & Equine Supplies Pty Ltd – I ordered glycerine on 26/11/2014 and still have not received it yet (on 20/12/2014). I sent them 3 e-mails with no response. There is no phone number, no communication - simply no willingness to send the ordered goods. Stay away from this company!

Never Received Product – Ordered a product on 28th Sept. and after 4 emails, I have still not received the product or a reply. My bank is now investigating.

The worst – Like others wished i had read reviews first! No goods, no response to emails, no service whatsoever except to take you money.
