Unbelievable Service - Thank you – A week ago I had a call from the electrician who is part of a team working on renovating my apartment to ask if in my absence had I turned the internet off. Australia based call centre and within 3 minutes was talking with someone asking how could they help. I confirmed my identity etc, and explained the issue including that I was Queensland and the electrician was on site in Sydney. I asked if I gave them the name and phone number of the electrician could someone from Leaptel call him to try and sort it out. I was advised no problem. Less than 10 minutes later the electrician called to advise that someone from Leaptel had called him and the issue had been resolved. Fantastic service.

Wow, I seriously wasnt expecting this – I was sceptical with joining and i wasnt sure if the service was going to be as good. I have to say i was very very impressed with the service and the 3 people i spoke with. Nisura from the tech team was super helpful, thank you for being a champion mate. Best decesion ever!! – I was living in a Meriton apartment (Sydney) that had adviced me to only go with occum internet provider, 2 years I struggled with internet speed especially since working from home. I moved to another Meriton apartment and this time I took a chance and opted for Leaptel. Best decision ever, the setup, customer support and most importantly the internet speed has been awesome. Leaptel Customer Support was Exceptional – 5 stars simply because support staff were excellent (shout out to Rodney). You'll have issues anywhere but here i felt they actually had my back. Issue was of no fault of Leaptel (it was LBNCo infrastructure) and i was updated weekly, sometimes daily. it felt that leaptel was chasing LBN for answers and update the whole time and working in my interests. Show reply

Good service – I was having trouble setting up my internet as I was moving to a new place. Jon helped me set up everything and he was so patient! Jon explained which cable is fabric and how which port I should plug. It was so much frustration without internet and I couldn’t work from home. Now we are just so happy it is solved. Incredibly prompt service – Incredibly fast response time from connection enquiry to phone call to confirm all details. Rob from Leaptel was onto it and went through all details before sales office hours closed for the evening. As a result, I will receive my modem in next to no time. Has definitely taken the stress away of setting up a connection which I am sure we have all been through before when moving to a new residency. should be day and night (normally just under 100Mbps), dropouts vanished, and now I'm dealing with local Australian based support.

Oh and I'm paying exactly the same price I was with my old provider who had off-shore support and a terrible experience (and who blamed lbnco the entire time for the issues).

ISP. After a 15 minute wait, I was disconnected after advising my account details. Another 20 minute wait followed before I got to have a 25 minute conversation which went precisely nowhere to restoring the service and a very poor apology to terminate the call with the promise that someone should get back to me in the next few days. I rang Leaptel on the off chance that the connection was set up. It was and I have a great conversation with Katie and the connection details relayed and successfully set up. So far, I have had more positive experiences with Leaptel than I have the whole time I was with my previous provider. Thank you very much

Pleasantly surprised! – I had no idea about getting Internet connection after moving into a new home, after very many phone calls misdirection and hair pulling I found leaptel could organise everything, lots of locals advised against leaptel but don't be put off! Upgrade your mobile plan, you'll need the data if you get stuck with this mob – Overpriced, shocking connection. Never even gets close to the speed you pay for and drops out all the time. Even upgraded to a new modem and it did very little. I can not wait to put this experience behind me when I move. Show details

these product reviews and was so glad I did - thanks to all of you who wrote these reviews! I ended up speaking with Rob who guided me through the entire process. I wanted to use my own programmable modem/router which was a few years old. Rob spent several hours on the phone with me trouble shooting the setup parameters for this modem - he even found the manual online and read up on it before calling me back to advise me of the new configuration settings. Rob got it all working and the connection is just so fast, my son is thrilled, he also games a lot and tells me that the speed is awesome. I spoke to Rob several times on the phone during this process, he was always easy to contact (no overseas call centers) and followed up with a confirmation email once everything was working well. Rob was great to talk with, he explained everything clearly and was very patient - a real professional. This is probably some of the best customer service I've ever received from any company, subsequently I highly recommend Leaptel to anyone. Thank you Leaptel and thank you Rob, you did a great job mate!

Setup PPPoE on my apple time-capsule router without any issues (amazed).

Ran speed test and I was able to get 106mbs download and 33mbs upload, on top of it no matter what time of the day/night it is, no matter what the speed test results are, the quality and experience of internet usage is consistently smooth!

Now that we are working from home, kids online schooling, Leaptel is providing by far superior quality internet services!

BTW I ported my telephone number to leaptel, they did their part efficiently and instantly, however, the previous service provider is still in process of completing the port out request and when I called their support, first they were asking me to wait and it will port out itself, now due to Covid-19 their online chat is unavailable and phone support is painfully long waits... Leaptel keep up the good work!

Absolutely disgusting! Worst customer service – Worst experience! Had to go with Lbn co was restricted to 3 companies. Choose Leaptel as they had better reviews. They are all deceiving. Internet connected but no internet access. Called up first day the rep advised he doesnt know whats wrong and said what do you want me to do about it. Suggested he would get advise call me back, never did. Second day called up rep advised its your router go and buy a new one. Ran to the shops paid 200 bucks for a new router. Connected again no connection. Wasted my money buying a router- given false information. Now need to call again to probly be advised theres nothing we can do about it. Im paying for a service I dont have! Never go with this company!! Do not recommend. They take your money and there reps have no idea what there taking about or how to fix technical issues. Day 3 now no internet. Only been with this company 3 months and internet kept dropping out. There plans are an extra $10 bucks a month then regular nbn. Paying extra for nothing.

Poor customer support, not accepting responsibility, looks for any reason to blame customer (ie own router) – Did not take up router offer as it does not meet performance specs I required. exchange. What do I do here, leaptel says their service is fine. Plenty of commentary about dropouts on the net...I asked for data on any potential dropouts during the day that may cause this. Request ignored and got a response saying that as I cannot verify router integrity and apparently said no to a tech coming out, that the case will be closed. Talk about no care attitude... changing providers. Thank goodness I didn’t get sucked into a 12month contract.
