from the company and as it was a very urgent job I had to source the LEDs elsewhere. I then wrote the company (because their phones do not work) and told them I wanted to cancel the order and I wanted a refund. Funnily enough [Name Removed] let me know he had just dropped my order at the post office and I would received the tracking information in 30 minutes. I told him that I didn't want the order anymore and waiting a full three 3 business days to ship it after I had paid for express post was just not good enough. after some back and forth [Name Removed] let me know he was actually able to cancel the shipment and he'd sort out a refund.
On the 17th of Feb I followed up on my refund as I had not heard a word and I was told [Name Removed] would check in with the warehouse.
On the 19th I followed up again and was told on the 20th I would received a refund in 1-2 business days.
On the 26th I asked for a bank slip or some sort of proof of transfer as I had not receive anything.
On the 27th I asked again, because I did not hear back. [Name Removed] then responded with another pinky promise to "chase up the warehouse" yet again.
On the 3rd of March I followed up yet again, this time with a warning of escalation because my patience is running very thin.
On the 4th of March I was told they had processed my refund and to expect the funds in 3-4 business days.
It is now the 12th of March (6 business days) and I have not received a cent. I wrote [Name Removed] an email this morning and if I do not receive my money, or any proof it is on its way, by this afternoon I am filing a complaint with fair trading.
I place my order over a month ago and I have neither the products I ordered or the money I spent. DO NOT spend your money with this company it is a SCAM.
16/03/2026 - Still not a single word from the company. My money still has not been refunded, despite what I was told on the 20th of February. I have asked over and over again for some sort of proof of transfer and I have received NOTHING. I have opened a case with Fair Trading

That product page now has lots of names and text on it, with the same reviews repeated over and over!

27 May me to them "I ordered this on 5 May and it was supposed to be in stock. Since your last email here it's been eight clear business days and I've heard nothing. It cannot take that long for something to get from Brisbane to Newcastle and I have not had any light in my garage all this time. Please cancel my order and refund my money."
I then left a VM on their mobile and texted them as well, I came here, read the reviews and immediately initiated a chargeback.
27 May them to me "The order refund has been completed. Please allow up to 3 business days for the funds to appear in your card account used for the original order."
The money did not come back until 18 June.

couple of more lights. Lights came in incorrect colour. Trying to get lights replaced in correct colour. You can't contact them by phone as it's just a message on the other end. You can go days between repsonses via their preferred method of email. Infuirting to deal with.
The tide is turning back to bricks and mortar shops i belive. There is absolutely no service and no accountability when dealing with these faceless online stores that can't even fullfill orders correctly

Purchased led corn bulbs for one of our commercial jobs. Shipping was fast and everything arrived in perfect condition. The lights are reliable, easy to install and look to be very good quality.
The whole experience was smooth from start to finish. The lights arrived on time and were ready for our installation team as planned. They feel well made, provide excellent brightness, and offer good value for the price. Overall, I'm very happy with both the product and the service.

seem to be from Queensland (Wellingto heights). Their previous ABN was suspended due to falsified trading. Now they operate under the THE TRUSTEE FOR NIKITINS FAMILY TRUST. Unfortuantely, queensland gov laws are very lax, so we cannot issue a Garnishi court order, unless anyone knows their whereabouts and which bank they work with. Lets hear from you.
