LONG TIME CLIENT SENT WRONG PRODUCT, REFUSED REPLACEMENT OR REFUND. WHAT HAPPENED TO THE GREAT SERVICE? I called them to notify them of the problem and they were in insistent that i ordered -4.75 despite my priori history of only ordering 4.75 strength lenses. They claimed it was my error and they refused to send a new package and I offered to send the incorrect package back to them. The mixup was entirely theirs, but I went elsewhere because they refused to here my claim and I was out of pocket for $173.

They failed to demonstrate goodwill. They were simply argumentative. So I went down the road to EyeWorks South Yarra, got a fresh eye test which resulted in exactly the same +4.75 persciption with 20/20 vision and paid for 4 boxes of these lenses because I'm never going back to Lensworld again.

Maybe they're under new management? This outcome is simply unacceptable and I've chosen to take my business elsewhere.

end of a regular day, they are very dry and can therefore be more difficult to remove and remain pinched together until you drop some cleaning solution on them to unfurl them. The next morning all is good again.

In contrast, the Bioinifinity contacts are comfy even after 24 hours of continuous wear. In fact, I can do a long hall flight without needing to touch the Bioininfinitys at all. There is no way that could be done with the TOTAL30s. All in all, I find the TOAL 30s disappointing.

I got in touch with Lensworld to let them know that I had made a mistake in my left eye strength..+350 but was supposed to be +325 they promptly sent me a replacement 90 pack. Free of charge...I was very impressed with their courtesies and professionalism in dealing with this matter..I highly recommend them to anyone using lenses or glasses for that matter. Be ready for unjustified long waiting – I have placed an order of Freshlook colourblend lenses. It took them over 35 days to deliver it, trying to get an accurate delivery date, but there was no update, I have requested a refund , but was not accepted. This company is just a middle man type . Don't rely on the misleading information that provided once you place the order. Be ready for the unjustified long wait time.

ABSOLUTELY USELESS – This company just drop-shops, They do not even stock what they advertise. Ordered contacts 9 days ago, I ask for a tracking number, and they reply: there will a 15-20 day wait on your contacts (photo attached). Don't purchase from this unreliable company, for their cheap china drop-shopping.

I have been ordering my contacts from Lensworld for a long time now. I am ordering 6 months at a time. Sometimes there might be a delay when not in stock. They will let you know and keep in touch with you. If you do order the wrong one, without opening them you can return them for a replacement.

Website is great, easy to navigate, easy to order the contacts. My onky complaint is that i was informed after id ordered & payed that the contacts i ordered were out of stock, i had to wait approx 15-20 days for them to come. I would definitely buy from Lenseworld again, I would make sure I ordered early. Unfortunately, the contacts that i ordered are no good, my vision has changed since my last order. Ill have to get new prescription & reorder.

in stock prior to placing the order and paying. I tried to do this via your website chat prior to placing this order and received no final response. Further it is impossible to speak to a customer service representative at any time and no one will call me back despite leaving several messages.

I have been a customer for over two years and I suggest the company make some improvements to its customer service. Appalling!

Apologies for inconvenience are not a satisfactory attempt to assist customers or help resolve delivery issues.

Make no mistake they will take your money and give no care after that.

I bought 2 boxes (a year's supply) of lenses from Lensworld. Each Air Optix Night&Day lens can be worn for 1 month continuous wear. So, a box of 6 lenses received on 24 February, has to last at least till the end of August. One of the 2 boxes I received has a Use-by Date of 30 June 2025. They are acting like terrible liars. Never trust what they say. I requested for some replacements for the faulty pieces I receive within the package. I gave them whatever information they need straightaway. HOWEVER, they keep marking around saying they haven’t received the replacements from the manufacturer and keep making false indications… Read more

Wasn’t told at time of ordering that product was not in stock. Now have had to go elsewhere to buy me lenses as I have run out. Does not have a manned phone line which is very odd for a company only selling to sight impaired customers. Leave drop shipping to products people don’t rely on receiving in a hurry.

day wait again! I emailed about this and was told there one of them in stock and would be sent, but it arrived the day I left Australia. Then my son had to pay another $33 to post them to me in NZ. The product I received has been great and I will order again. Note to self when away for 3 weeks in Australia take enough to cover my entire time away to save using my daily lenses for more than one day until my order arrived in my hands.

Pleased I found Lensworld – Pleasant phone staff to answer my questions. Easy online ordering. Fast and very well packed delivery. I used to spend hundreds for my contacts at the local mall but spend about 1/3 that now and so I will save thousands in future orders. I'm so pleased I found Lensworld.

Still waiting for delivery – Terrible delivery service. I’ve bought from them for years but won’t anymore given they use AMS as 3rd party delivery service. Even though they say 3-5 days ‘express’ postage plan for significantly longer!!

Just sucked in general. Order screwed up and forgotten, slow response, phone calls never answered – Utterly useless customer service. They screwed up my order, made me wait months, then sent a partial order of non-matching lenses. All support completed via email. No phone support, though they still have a number you can call that just goes to voicemail, pointlessly. It takes them more than 24 hours at a time to process support requests via email. Do yourself a favour and go with a reputable company that has phone support.

Good service – Lensworld have been great for our particular lens requirements. Easy to use and convenient. Would give 5 stars if BUPA was a listed health fund on their site to claim something back, as the script required is very expensive, as is having health insurance, so I would like to use it.

Easy & quick to repeat order – The store is easy to navigate with a great range & easy check out. The products always arrive in perfect condition & a timely manner. The price is always a few dollars cheaper than any other online contact lense suppliers, so I’m happy to repeat purchase. The only thing I’d request to be added to the range is contact lense solution & eye drops so it can be my one stop shop for eye care needs, that would be great!

extremely poor service – THey sent the wrong product, made ME run around to work out what went wrong and i have now sent back the product over one month ago, they have my money and I am still waiting for a refund. I would have been more than happy for them to simply exchange the contacts for the correct ones but all of this has been extreme unsatisfactory.
