several times about delivery due to our location being rural. They acted as if I was being a pain and not just asking and also letting them know i was not receiving any notifications from them. After spending just under $5000 i thought i deserved better customer service. The mattresses are nowhere near as good as the bed. We bought Letto due to the high weight, i believe the frame does accommodate this but not the mattress. Postage was great. Aus post was the only notifications i received. They even called after pick up to ensure all was there and i was happy! i would recommend the bed but not the company as i still have not had any after sales care from them or a call to see how i felt about our experience. It's a shame really, we all talk, have family, friends and colleagues that we talk to. So very disappointed in the customer service this is a extreme let down for your company as a bad word always goes further than a good one!

We bought our split king beds over 2 weeks ago now and I can honestly say I am in love!!! My sleep is so much better than I've had in years and no longer need a dozen pillows to elevate to sleep due to medical issue. My husband said I have not snored since sleeping in them and he sleeps much better as well. Prior to buying them the staff was always very helpful and responded quickly to any questions I had. Please don't buy a bed from these people if you have fibromyalgia. My husband bought the bed for me because he thought it might help. The mattress is too soft and the size is wrong . everyone is different and the width matters very much. The people I have spoken to are very aloof and not willing to compromise. If you do still want to buy this bed please consider the width. I have a king single and I can't get out of it because I can't pull myself to the edge. I didn't even want to give them 1 star but I had to so I can submit it.

It’s super easy to use, really sturdy, and surprisingly quiet when adjusting. The massage function is a nice little bonus too. I wasn’t sure I’d use it, but now it’s part of my nightly routine.

Delivery was smooth and the team at Letto were great when I had a question about setup. 100% worth every cent!

I bought a bed for dad trusting that the "30 day comfort guarantee" was as it sounds. We had issues with the design of the bed - when it sits up, the fold is too far down the bed, and as such his feet stick off the bed about 20cm. applies only to the mattress, which is not much help as the mattress is only a tiny percentage of the cost, and we'd be stuck with a useless bed frame and no mattress.

I left a review on Google outlining this issue.

Letto has then proceeded to: - email me threatening legal action unless I remove the review -falsely accused me of repeatedly calling and verbally abusing their staff to the point that "several staff are genuinely distressed"; I have not. I've made a single phone call which was amiable. - falsely accuse me of threatening to make repeated false reviews under take names. I have not.

As far as I can see on the Google review, apart from my own, there is not a single non 5 star review. It is now very obvious to me the reason why. I would encourage people to read the reviews and consider if they seem genuine or all sound like they are written by the owner.

Happy – We had positive experience with Letto Australia. Bought Twin King bedframes + mattresses Quite happy with everything, we ordered another King single mattress for our son. Unfortunately meantime, the part of the bedframe stopped working (2 weeks after). The support staff didn't question is and send the replacement part readily. So far, happy with everything.

Importantly, yes we did wait a couple of days as the company was extremely busy, that was no issue in WA but were contacted regularly by Claudio himself.
