LG 508L French Door GF-V570PNL (Slim Width)

Not impressed – Bought this just 2 years ago with extended warranty. 2 weeks ago it started leaking water then in the morning discovered everything in freezer had defrosted and the fridge wasn't working. Contacted LG customer service and it took 6 days to come out! We have 7 people living in the house and found it very hard living without a fridge. The service man degassed it, changed the compresser regassed it and left. The fridge ommited a terrible smell. 1 day later guess what didn't work properly again. Have contacted LG service telling them what was happening and that I am not happy at all, I told them I want a new fridge as this one is obviously a dud. That was 6 days ago and I'm still waiting for their decision. Not good enough. I have had fridges for 20 years and they didn't have these issues.
