LG Art Cool is not cool at all! – I am so sad that this unit can't heat in the winter without the condenser turning into a block of ice. Tech support thought it was a defrost problem and had the service guy move up the thermistors but that only worked for a couple of weeks and we were back to a block of ice. I have gone around in circles with the vendor and have left messages for the LG rep but no reply. It was installed in the fall of 2016. We have spent two winters now with intermittent heat and are paying out of pocket for service calls. I will never buy LG again!
