Hi my tv turns on red light flashes 3 times then goes off. The screen is black like the tv isn't on and has no sound. What could be the issue?

I just bought this TV at Best Buy and one of the reasons I bought it was for the Gallery mode and I brought it home and there is no Gallery mode or app on it. Is there anyone who knows how to find it?

This TV is the worst ever and LG SHOULD BE ASHAMED TO SELL IT . I SHOULD NEVER HAVE BOUGHT IT AND WILL HAVE TO JUST THROW IT AWAY .

I'm sorry Kirsten. I cannot answer your question. Assuming "Best buy" is an online store, I suggest you call or visit a Harvey Norman store. Regards, John.

is it easy to access usb and hdmi ports on lg nano tv when wall mounted

USB 2 and HDMI 2 as well as the headphone and Optical out are on the back, they would be very difficult to get to using wall mount. The HDMI Arc, HDMI 1 and USB 1 are on the side, so I expect they would be okay to access.

Thanks badlass. As long as i can access one port i should be right.

Hi Bruce I think it will depend on the type/brand of wall mount you have. I have an Ezy mount brand and all inputs are easily accessible

Hey Bruce I just updated my original review with a photo of the back showing access to the USB and HDMI ports

Hi Bruce, I have a Vogel wall mount so the TV can be pulled out from the wall so easy to access the rear ports, not sure how you would go with a fixed wall mount.
