I did a whitecard course with license4work and the trainer was Jaya Patel and she was very helpful and kind. I recommend this course as it goes for about 4 hours and teaches you a lot and is a overall good experience.
My friday and saturday course was cancelled not once but twice, wasted a month and now requested a refund. First cancellation was notified by email a night before so they say they forgot to ring me. Second time they did ring but they are advertising friday and Saturday course buy cat deliver.
Both trainers and assessors were thorough in their training techniques, have adequate learning information and were available when needed, extremely pleasant in manner & professional I would definitely recommend this business for all your learning needs in obtaining tickets.

Mr. Anthony Appleton was fantastic. Sincere, thorough and knew exactly where professionalism and fun meets. Grateful. Thanks Anthony. TC
AMAZING! The instructors was competent, fun, and really cool. Especially Moana, Michael, and Rod. They are really helpfull and patience to teach us. The proses was fast and accurate, and the I really love it because they are the only training that has a weekend class. The facilities are decent and very clean with coffee, tea, and bright good toilet. Will definitely trust L4W for my next other license. Show reply

An absolute Hoot! Hilarious, Interactive, and Engaging! – I have just completed my Traffic control combo course and I felt compelled to write this review! So firstly, the prices of “Licenses 4 work” are the absolute lowest around and most competitive on the market. Not only that, they always offer huge discounts if you go online and book on the right days or availability. I got a $100 discount off the… Read more
price of my course!!
Secondly, the trainers, Billy and Micheal, were the best trainers I’ve ever dealt with, and I have been through quite a few trainers already as I have acquired many licenses.
Especially trainer Michael Harris!! He is an absolute “Hoot” when it comes to teaching the class the material! He makes it so interactive and absolutely so hilarious!
He makes the class fully and totally enjoy their learning experience which makes a huge difference cos he gets the whole class to engage.
Michael’s comedic flow, warm nature, and his “don’t care what others think of me” dancing attitude, is such an awesome thing to witness.
It was an absolute bonus that we got to see him bust out his funky moves “live” in front of the class and on-site!
Moves of which he also periodically busts out in public on a job when he can. Just his unnatural but groovy actions will put a smile on the faces thus making a motorist’s day if they’re lucky enough to cross paths with him and see him in his element…busting out his funky random, “out there” moves!
Michael should really be teaching other trainers how to training students is done better! He can show the other trainers how to keep a class engaged and interacting which always will produce the best results!
Especially for students like myself who are of older age and of whom find learning quite scary.
I can honestly give you this feedback due to my first hand experience with in his class. It’s a Freaken absolute “Comedic Hoot”!!
So go get your personal experience with Micheal and Billy today, and book for one of their courses!
Legit, I am not even kidding you! ✋ And tell them “Trackie Tran” sent you! Dont forget to send Michael my ❤️‼️ ✌
Best PWZ TRAINER – Trainer Robyn Moggs completed PWZ course with her made me understand the fine details in TMP AND TGS
I paid extra fee for CPR course only because it says 7 days available. And it turns out NOT! I didn't use any service from this school. When I requested refund, the manager refused even if they should according to their conditions. I've lodged a complaint on Fair Trading. Contact me if anyone experienced such unfairness lfu6998@gmail.com. Scam!!!!

I had a very disappointing experience with this training provider. During the training, important parts were rushed through or not properly explained. For example, some maintenance-related topics were skipped quickly with comments like “the maintenance guy would know this,” and only very basic explanations such as “if the green light is on, it’s… Read more
fine” or “just check for damage or leaks” were given.
Despite this, I studied all the materials they provided and followed everything they told me to do.
However, during the assessment, I was asked questions about topics that were not properly covered in the training and were not included in any of the materials given. One of the questions that I was failed on was about the small indicators on top of the batteries. I explained that liquid levels would rise and that there would be a visible change, but apparently the expected answer was specifically that the small white indicators would rise.
English is not my first language, and although I clearly demonstrated my understanding of what happens, my answer was not accepted. There was no training provided for this level of detail, no written material covering it, and even close or reasonable answers were not considered.
Because of this, I was failed without even being given the chance to operate the forklift.
I believe this was completely unfair. I did everything expected of me, yet I was put in a position where I couldn’t succeed.
In addition, the trainer’s behaviour during the course was highly inappropriate and unprofessional. The trainer made offensive and discriminatory jokes during the training. There were comments directed at a student of Greek background suggesting he should “get a passport and go back to his country,” which was extremely disrespectful. Similar mocking remarks were also made about my own background and towards other students, including comments related to race, appearance, and whether someone was from an island.
Such behaviour is unacceptable in a professional learning environment and made the experience even more uncomfortable.
I also enrolled in the LO training with this provider without fully understanding the quality of their service, and I now deeply regret that decision.
Overall, I feel misled and treated unfairly. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this organisation to anyone.
I took the EWP under eleven meters and over 11 meters boom courses with trainer Scott, and he was absolutely fantastic. Super knowledgeable, down-to-earth, made everything click by explaining jargon clearly and using real-world examples. He kept it fun-kicked off class by warning us that he does swear and speaks a form of French at times, which… Read more
had us laughing and totally chilled.
[Totally the opposite of trainer Ozman (warning: do not swear in trainer Ozman’s class or he’ll kill you with his eyes!)]
Scott drilled harness setup, showed exactly what assessors wanted to observe in order to pass the exam and practical, and gave tons of practice time on both the boom, scissor lift and vertical lift.
Scott came right up to each of us, gave personal walkthroughs on what the written exam covered, spelled out exactly which bits we had to memorise versus reason through, and kept checking we got it.
No one felt rushed; he even quizzed us one-on-one till we nailed it. That extra attention made passing first time feel easy.
Taught safety tricks, like what not to do, answered every question patiently, and I passed all licenses first try. Highly recommend Scott for anyone going for EWP Boom at License 4 Work!
I also need to mention Alana the receptionist at the Bankstown site! She is the most amazing, nicest, friendliest, helpful and genuine person I’ve ever meet!
She not only catered for my training needs, she did it with a “deal buster” deal for me! Not only that, she took care of my brothers who I got to take the courses with me also! Alana, you’re the awesomely best!
Great learning Experience Cooper Plains Team – I completed my Forklift licence. Day one we had Tommy he has a great delivery of the lesson. Tommy was very informative about all of the little differences L4W have like it's a 2 day training with 1 day assessment booked after the practical day which is day 2 of course, he also gave us an opportunity to drive a forklift because they were not… Read more
being used and gave us some great tips. Day 2 was also a fantastic learning environment we had Jerome and the cuzzy. Both were great at what they do made the whole experience pleasurable and covered the operational part of the course. Had to book assessment for a later date with lovely reception team mine was 7 days later which allowed me enough time to use the learning materials we were given to become comfortable with the assessment. Assessment day was much of the same Kyle was our assor he was easy going and informative about the assessment we all got through the calculation and 61 questions quickly and he didn't hesitate to start the driving assessment which ment an early knock all round great team at Cooper plains.

This High Reach Forklift course is incredibly affordable, but don't let the low price fool you—the curriculum is comprehensive and, at times, overwhelming. However, that intensity is what makes it so effective. The reason it all comes together is the trainer, Steven Dunn. He is an absolutely amazing instructor who breaks down complex operations… Read more

I finished the course not just with a license, but with genuine confidence. Highly recommend, especially for the chance to learn from Steven.

Doing online course when it comes to questions with missing words will not accept correct answers taken verbatim from course Rang call centre like talking to an ignorant child no follow up no idea wish I read reviews beforehand
We had to do a coarse interstate due to the coarse not being offered in Perth. We had a job to do in Newcastle and booked a scissors lift coarse at the Newcastle branch. The job was delayed at short notice and notified Licence 4 Works that we would not be flying into Newcastle until the following week. Because is was a couple of hours short of… Read more
48hrs notice we had to pay $150 rebooking fee. They were rude on the phone and would not wave the extra fee. I used to send all my Guys there but now go elsewhere. I do not recommend dealing with this company.

Expect admin to treat you with utter contempt. This is a cowboy outfit designed to separate you from your money, with little regard to the quality of your training. If you’re looking for anything more than tick-and-flick, go anywhere else than here.

Booked and paid in full for EWP course. Received confirmation and reminder emails about the course. Booked an employee in for forklift licence. He returned to work saying it was poorly organised with his trainer apologising to him saying they had made an error with booking. 30 people in class with them running the class backwards focussing on day 2 students in a day 1 class. disinterested and denied that the trainer made any such comments. As an employer, I expect better. I wouldn't use or recommend Licences 4 work to anyone.
A great Organisation, Sam and the team are highly knowledgeable and experienced, Mr M. Hassoun was my Instructor in The Traffic Control Training (Combo), he is clear, concise and is always open to questions providing in return accurate and logical answers. Thankyou L4W Bankstown. Show reply
Horrible Reception staff. Disrespectful to customers. We asked for help came in early so we could seek assistance and were told to come back when open. Only to be told to pay a rescheduled fee. Just want to take as much money from people as possible. Staff need training in cultural diversity and awareness as they speak very rudely and hostile to others without even realising.
Horrible people , arrived at the Cardiff venue with my partner for a first aid course , they will not let me in because of the previous quiz ,even though they could see I genuinely thought I was not sent an email. Tried calling complaint for assistance but they are just adamant to take from the poor. Please avoid this place at all cost they are not worth it.
Done traffic controller and IMP and they stated apply for jobs now. They are wrong leave it to you get your cards in the mail. As I am older I rang and asked to companies why and they both said they do not accept statement of attainment so I cannot apply for them now for 6 months after being knocked back. Misinformation that is costly Show details
The worst service. Communication by email or phone is impossible. The administration is annoying if they have to work; there's only one girl at Coopers Plain who works for the entire team. The teacher I met was rude, very rude. Overall, it's the worst service you can use. If you can avoid it, do so. It's the perfect place if you want to waste your money.
Office hours only open at 8:30 which is the time of test LOL I had to call them as my husband was experiencing a mini heart attack last night and has been sick since last night, I called the reception on his behalf this morning, left a detailed note like they told me to, only for them to turn around and advise they cannot move the test until I… Read more
pay a $150 rescheduling fee. In this economy after paying $380 for a standard course, he had a heart attack and can prove it, and they said they will then reconsider reschedule for $80 lol sounds to me like they don't care about their customers tbh. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE AND A HEADS UP TO YOU ALL.
