48hrs notice we had to pay $150 rebooking fee. They were rude on the phone and would not wave the extra fee. I used to send all my Guys there but now go elsewhere. I do not recommend dealing with this company.

Expect admin to treat you with utter contempt. This is a cowboy outfit designed to separate you from your money, with little regard to the quality of your training. If you’re looking for anything more than tick-and-flick, go anywhere else than here.

Horrible Reception staff. Disrespectful to customers. We asked for help came in early so we could seek assistance and were told to come back when open. Only to be told to pay a rescheduled fee. Just want to take as much money from people as possible. Staff need training in cultural diversity and awareness as they speak very rudely and hostile to others without even realising.
Horrible people , arrived at the Cardiff venue with my partner for a first aid course , they will not let me in because of the previous quiz ,even though they could see I genuinely thought I was not sent an email. Tried calling complaint for assistance but they are just adamant to take from the poor. Please avoid this place at all cost they are not worth it.

As I am older I rang and asked to companies why and they both said they do not accept statement of attainment so I cannot apply for them now for 6 months after being knocked back. Aggressive and harassing – Do not make a booking online with this company. If you cancel, they charge you regardless. We provided them 4 days notice to cancel and they continue to contact us for payment. Immensely unprofessional. Unfortunately we need to spend additional time escalating this matter to NSW Fair Trade and ACCC.
CPR made easy – Did CPR refresher course. Glenn Swan was the instructor. He's very thorough and explains things in an easy and understanding way.
EWP Training – The EWP course was excellent the trainer Anthony was very knowledgeable and made the course enjoyable the guys got a lot out of it. Thank you!

Unreliable – **Do NOT USE** Booked the company for First Aid training urgently needed on Friday for Tuesday. Monday morning i received a cancellation. For Newcastle CBD there were 20 spots available. Totally unreliable.

was able to bring the hardcopy within 15 minutes of the course commencing. This wasn’t good enough for them… He was disappointed and unable to even enter the room because they couldn’t make an exception for 15 minutes… The staff couldn’t have cared less and said it was due to their ‘policy.’ They advised we could rebook for a $50 fee. I looked online, chose another date and called to book him in and was told that ‘the date I had chosen (one day after he is supposed to start his new job) no longer worked for them’ and they could book it in for a later date. By this stage I was completely done with them… A complete waste of time, money and not a care was given by anyone I spoke to. Perhaps they should enrol their team in a customer service course… Save your money and book elsewhere.
Terrible service – My first aid was cancelled by the company, as I was unable to do it on other days available I asked for a refund... 3 weeks later I still have not received it and have not be compensated anything for the inconvenience. I have sent numerous emails which don't get replied to, I've asked to speak to a manager and I get the same reply "they will call you back later" which they don't

the course so tried to re schedule, only to be told it was going to cost me an additional $50, despite my explanation. The manager at Cardiff said they would consider rescheduling for free if I produced evidence that I had in fact been in hospital. What an absolute joke! So I've paid for a service that I haven't received and I get treated like a naughty schoolboy. They won't do a refund and I'll be damned if I'm paying them $50 to change the date so I went through another training company where you pay on the day and they were excellent. Licences 4 Work need to look into their management if that's their idea of customer service. Utterly appalling!

was a couple where the question was on one page and you had to answer on the reverse side. And the paperwork contradicted itself in questions; it would state select 4 then underneath say mark all that apply. Makes it unclear on which way we were suppose to answer.

Fraudsters - stay away – The worst company to deal with. I sent several staff there and they were disgusted with their service and behaviour. All staff said that they were forced to write positive google reviews on computers that they had already set up.
