I purchased some items following receipt of an email about a discount. The discount was not applied at checkout as expected, and I was in the process of writing an email when I got a phone call. She explained that there had been a glitch, and she promptly processed a refund of the difference. The package arrived very quickly and was well packed. Books, CDs and a cassette box set.

I USED to love Lifeline online.
But, unfortunately, whoever is labelling and sizing the clothing coming through and for for sale, is doing a poor job. On several occasions, I have purchased what I thought were ladies denim jeans and found when they come that they are actually childrens jeans. If one were purchasing from a non-op shop and received childrens jeans instead of ladies jeans, there would be one cranky customer calling the store.

This didn't happen and again recently, I received a set of three denim jeans, which looked like ladies jeans but ended up being childrens. So, as much as I'd love to keep supporting and buying from lifeline, until they start labelling who they're clothing fits or indicating the cm of the waistline or width, then I have to refrain from buying items from lifeline. I used to purchase many hundreds of dollars worth of clothing from them. I really hope they change they're system and include more info on what the items are suited for: ladies, childrens or men. That's good and well done for making that change. However, that should have happened many years ago. I don't understand why I had to go through so many failed purchases, before something was done.
... Read moreNo online store would ever do this to a customer, charity or not. If I was you, I would also consider clearly writing on every listing, whether the item is childrens, ladies or men's. It's not hard to do that and makes it easier for your customers to distinguish what is what, including offering the waist measurements. The easier it is to purchase from you, for your customers, the more support and purchases, you will get.

It’s made from wood, I can’t be 100% sure but it looks to be a plywood.
