sometimes the prices have been a little too high. I also found if there were any issues with items they were dealt with quickly and efficiently. Great shopping experience.

I love that Lifeline offers this 'buy a second-hand' book service. When ever I am looking for a specific book - I always head to Lifeline Queensland website first! I think buying second hand is good for everyone - the environment, the receiver and most of all Lifeline who use the funds to finance their social / community activities and programs. I spent more per book than I usually do at an Op Shop but was hoping the books would be in excellent condition. I was not disappointed! I was also impressed by how carefully packed my books were, how my books and clothing were sent separately and how quickly my packages arrived. Show details ·  1

I contacted Lifeline to see if they wanted a donation of a matching set of office/study furniture. It was in reasonably good condition, and perfectly useable, except for some minor wear and tear and damage from several house moves. take it because it had some damage. He was very unfriendly and un-coperative. This was a disgraceful act and an insult to me as a good person trying to do the right thing by providing some furniture that may be of use to a needy person, rather than taking it to landfill. All Lifeline is interested in is making money by being able to on-sell the furniture. Do not donate to Lifeline, and other charities offering a similar service, until they decide to become more charitable.

Overpriced for people struggling – Most of the stores I've visited clean and well stocked with friendly volunteer staff. BUT unfortunately these second hand stores now are priced beyond even those with low income. Some items the same if not more than kmart or target. It rather defeats the purpose of going. Smooth and easy to use – This is the second order I have placed with Lifeline and I am very impressed with the quality, speed of delivery and the items are always beautifully wrapped. Postage is a bit high but I do try and bundle to make it worthwhile.

Best Shopping Experience Ever – I have been shopping with Lifeline for over a year now. I have found that the parcels arrive quickly and well packed and the clothing is always in very good condition. The pricing is always reasonable and the always have good sales. There is a constant turnover of clothing, shoes and accessories.

Lifeline online is good – Overall men's range wasn't large (just like a normal op shop), but what was there was worth the browse (which isn't always the case with op shops). especially pleased with the jacket, its in great nick and would have cost a fortune anywhere else. Items arrived very quickly, and exactly as described. Overall I am extremely happy with Life(on)line and will be checking it out every now and again to see what's new.

I would recommend it to anyone who is curious about online op shopping.

Happy Shopper – Yet again we've purchased a few different items that were in great condition & will be enjoyed. I would still like to see a measurement for length of clothes for women, mostly skirts & dresses or ar least a description saying "long" or "calf length" for the average. Overpriced and not what it used to be – I have tried several Lifeline stores looking for everything from vintage doilies to womenswear to babies clothes and bedding etc. I am always left disappointed. Stores rarely have enough parking making it really difficult to get into and around - Organisation is ok but could be better. - Cleanliness of items and general quality of items is appauling. They are selling badly stained, mouldy stretched out clothing, bedding, and curtains that should be in the dump. The same goes for furniture. - Ranges varies depending ont he stores it'd be great if they all stocked the same sorts of things.

Unhappy experience at Kunda Park shop – unhappy with service at Kunda Park today. I located a Tropical brand boxed candle without any price tag but in the middle of very similar (almost identical) boxed candles all with $7.95 price tags. ones priced at $7.95 whereupon she advised me that mine was a different brand. Her attitude suggested to me that she thought I was trying to put one over her (which was most certainly not the case). When I returned home I checked the Lifeline website and my candle was priced at $7.95 as were the other Tropical brand candles and the other differently branded candles of very similar type (with little tassel n each one). Yes, it's only a dollar, but its the privcipal of the thing. so ... I was overcharged and had to put up with a bad attitude from the sales assistant. Not likely to visit that Lifeline store again! Interesting items at great prices while supporting a worthy cause – I have found some interesting items at reasonable prices, that I otherwise may not have purchased from in store shopping.
