From my initial phone call to Gary from Lifestyle Clothesline until my new clothesline - a Hills Hoist 8 Line Rotary in Monument colour was installed a week later I could not fault the information I was given and the friendly manner in which it was conveyed. Avoid buying from this company

Takes 3 months to make a order and keeps lying about the date it will be ready. Claiming they are Australian Made, this bussniess makes Australian made products look bad. Avoid this company. Show details

Great products and customer service

Bought a good quality clothes line. It looks good and is easy to install. We bought one two years ago and it was great so bought two more recently, one the same and one a larger size. They have a good variety of sizes.

Fantastic customer service experience. They no longer sell the colour we bought 2 years ago but without us needing to ask they did a nationwide search and managed to find one left in the matching colour. Really appreciated their effort - our two clothes lines look great together!

Poorly designed

I chose a Lifestyle clothes line for our new house because they are Australian owned and made, but I am extremely disappointed in the design.
The lines are way too close together making it impossible to use every line, and so the usable line length is only have the rated length e.g., 25m instead of 50m
There is also no line tensioning system, making it impossible to get a decent tension on all the lines (this is a really basic design floor).

After less than 3 years, I have replaced it with a decent unit from Hills Hoists. Show details

So so bad! Keep well clear!

3 months to receive clothesline. Care factor 0.
Used cheapest freight option which again delayed further, four days on being told delivery was on the truck and would be delivered that day until finally arrived.
Bolts missing, had to visit a hardware store to source bolts.
Cover had a hole in it, returned which again was a two-week ordeal.
Obviously clotheslines are not an item you are ordering every week and this seems to be the attitude of this company, so so bad!

Extremely disappointing!!!

Disappointing. The delivery time when ordered are not correct. It was 6 weeks and our order was not started. No customer service, everyone said something different. They seemed to encourage me to cancel. I did today and ordered another one locally which will be done next week. Just tell the truth Lifestyle Clothesline Show details

Disappointed

I don't reccomended this company, after 6 weeks they still didn't deliver, so I just cancelled my order and they did the refund, their website advertised lead times are absolutely misleading, I just went and bought one from bunnings, don't waste your time, just buy China!

Terrible product, wrong colour, order supposed to be 14-20days was 4 calendar months!

Order was placed for 2 Monument clothes lines in their eco rang on December 29th. The first was received in February after being tole it would take 14-20 days. The second arrived in late March. The installation charge is per item. Not specified on their website. The items were at time for assembly today proved to be the wrong colours. One is Monument the other not. Terrible unapologetic service. Only threatening refunds got them to become active and I am wholly dissatisfied. Buy Australian by all means but this crap doesn't wash. Terrible terrible terrible example of Australian Made. Crap!! Show details

Do not deal with this company

This company has been nothing but trouble to work with. It took them 3 months to ship my order. Once I received it, the product was not as advertised. I purchased a folding clothesline, but the product they sent requires leverage with a screwdriver on two sides at once to fold. What a joke. Do not deal with this company. Show details
