occurred in the first place. At one stage, our handles were apparently given to another customer, and we were not proactively informed about this. Communication throughout the process was poor, with constant chasing required for updates and resolutions.

The repeated rectification visits resulted in significant disruption and multiple days off work on my behalf simply to facilitate errors caused by the company. This created unnecessary financial loss, frustration, and stress throughout the entire project.

While the final product is now satisfactory and the job was eventually completed, the process to get there was completely unacceptable. The quality control, scheduling, organisation, and customer communication were all well below expectations for a project of this scale and cost.

Unfortunately, despite the final completion of the works, the overall experience left a very negative lasting impression and I would not recommend this company based on our experience.

We have used Lifestyle Wardrobes in 2 of our Homes now and the service provided from the initial quote to the installation is always 100%. They are knowledgeable, helpful and we can’t be more pleased with the quality of the product. If you need your wardrobe fitted I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Lifestyle.

Lifestyle Wardrobes are highly recommended. Friendly and professional service, quality materials and any issues addressed without fuss. Our installer Kristian did a wonderful job and we wouldn’t use anyone else for future work.

Terrible service – The consultant came to measure however I want to change my plan from having drawers to make it half hung it was something simple refuse to do it somebody did it for me

Slow and unprofessional work – Took 3 days to do a single day job. There were loose, not fully screwed in fittings and similar problems. They left their cigarette buts in the yard. Would have given one star if they didn't come back to fix it all.

well priced, installed well but brief not met – cannot fault quality/install or price. However brief not quite met which i supplied in writing, probably my own fault as i got over it in the end and just said yes. clothes rails too high.. fine for me but anyone even a inch shorter wont be able to reach. all i can say is make sure you spend the time with the quoter and ensure they completely understand exactly it is that you need/want.

Lifestyle Wardrobes are great to work with .... from the first design visit which open my mind to what was possible in my space .. to the follow up redesign, the level of professionalism, communication is second to none. Everyone from the office to the people on the ground were professional, hard working and friendly. i love my new wardrobe .... it is better than I expected.

but other preliminary quotes were higher. There is always a wait for installation, but Lifestyle delivered within the specified timeframe. The installer was superb, great personality, professional, and workmanship of the highest quality. He installed all 3 robes by himself, far more quickly than I imagined. Hugely satisfied with the final high quality product, and HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. I will go back if I need more work.

Incredible work done by Mish, the level of professionalism and trade skills he displayed are an excellent standard. He should be incredibly proud of his skills and work ethic.

Build in wardrobe – Our wardrobe has just been installed & it looks magnificent. Huge shout out to Adam the designer & Matt the installer for their great work. We are thrilled with how it has turned out.

Quality Product/Excellent Experience – We are return customers due to the quality and longevity of the product. Mesh installed our walk in robe in a very tight space. The office staff were always helpful and friendly The installers who were just amazing fitting our wardrobe to a very difficult space with multiple issues along the way but they sorted them there and then. Reliable, good communication, good customer service – I found Lifestyle Wardrobes to be very strong on communication and customer service and they kept their word every step of the way. The quality is definitely well above IKEA and although it cost more than an IKEA wardrobe would cost, when I took into account the labour involved, and how much longer it would last, I think it's a much better deal in the long run. Would recommend to others.
