Unbeatable fast dispatch: Their team is incredibly dedicated. They pack and dispatch orders almost instantly – even on weekends! They are based in Melbourne and ship via AusPost. Living in Sydney, my parcels consistently arrive within just 3 business days with perfect, real-time tracking.

Weekly rotating sales: My absolute favourite feature. They host weekly sales offering an extra 15% to 18% off (and occasionally up to 22% off specific brands) on top of already competitive prices. It means you don't have to hoard stock or worry about expiry dates; your favourites will rotate back on sale soon enough. The site can get a bit sluggish during peak traffic times, perhaps because of these sales, but it’s a minor issue for such great deals!

don't actually have in stock. Lila Beauty doesn't do that, so you get products very quickly once ordered (within a few days and that's with regular postal costs). I order my Geek and Gorgeous C Glow from them (Vitamin C which is notorious for going off) and it's always very fresh. Plus they tend to have the best price and their customer service is excellent. Highly recommend.

This is the best place to buy your Korean and Japanese skin care needs. It's not only the great price but the service is excellent also. I absolutely love Lila Beauty. Delivery is super fast. They pack and create the shipping label the next day (even on weekends) but note that Aust Post only collects maybe 2 working days later. love the range and at reasonable prices especially if you wait for the sale, although many of the popular products are often out of stock. Also comes with a free lolly and they also throw in free sachet samples if you purchase a lot. I'm deducting a star however because recently they've been selling the bigger samples (eg bottles, tubes) as 'minis' even though the product comes with "Not for individual resale." I'm ambivalent about this practice because it lets me try products without needing to purchase the full size and wasting it if I turn out to be sensitive or it's the wrong shade. Other sites (eg YesStyle) are also starting to practice this slightly unethical practice, hence my ambivalence.

Prices are very good compared to other stores (ahem looking at you W cosmetics) Good range of products. Products are legit. Shipping is fast.
