Dress is lovely but shorter than stated on the measurements in description. It says 98cm length but it is actually 89cm in length. As the dress is on sale I couldn't return but I managed to unpick a hem 'ruffle' at the bottom so I can now wear it.

Terrible experience – Very disappointing experience. I ordered a cardigan and got a totally different product that did not represent the item purchased, even the colours were different. Their returns policy is a bullet proof scam . They only offer refunds on full priced products (most products are advertised at a 'Sale' price) and charge for returns at a rate that covers their refund!!
