Almost 7 weeks and still nothing – Order clothing mid Dec, 2 item arrived 30 December (although later than advertised I was happy with product) and two remaining items still haven’t arrived. Been in touch with customer relations on several occasions and receive the standard “your delivery has been delayed”. Did not get the invoiced items! – We were sold multiple numbers of several sock types but only received single pair. While admitting their mistake and promising a refund, we have no refund and will have to start a significant campaign of negative reviews to warn potential customers.. Show details

great products at really good prices – i originally 'tested the water' (as it were) by ordering 2 t-shirts - a "medium" T with a funny statement printed on the front and a "medium" 3d shirt. the 3d shirt was awful. the fabric was awful and despite both shirts being"medium", the 3d shirt was way smaller. i tried them on and the 'medium' T was a tighter fit than i like but it was okay.… Read more ·  1

the 3d shirt was so small it started to cut off my circulation and only came down to just above my belly button. it really was awful. that gave me the information i needed to know though to make another purchase. i then purchaed 6 tee's with a range of funny prints. i ordered a couple of 'mediums' so i could give to a mate (the first 'medium' is a close fit for him which he likes so i ordered a couple more for him) and i ordered XL's for myself which gives me the loose fit that i like. the T Shirts are good quality and i can't fault them - i love them actually. i then ordered another 7 i loved them so much. i've been so impressed that i've been recommending them to people at work and to people that come up ask (most people love the prints)

Maybe my expectations were low, but I'm quite happy with the product – I ordered a couple hundred dollars of tshirts from this Lilicloth; the site seemed smooth and the slogans on the shirts and such were amusing. My own experience though, while not totally inconsistent with the complaints was broadly positive and I would bu again, probably when they had a sale though.

THINGS THAT WENT RIGHT I got all the things I paid for The images on the delivered items were precisely what was on site The quality was no worse than a similar product from a budget department store (Not Yves St Laurent level, but they didn't fall apart when washed first time either) THINGS THAT REVIEWS MENTIONED ALSO HAPPENED TO ME The shipment cam in many small deliveries Delivery of last item took 11 weeks Sizes were quite small but i anticipated it

All the negatives are things I can live with; they may be dealbreakers with you

I was sure after seeing reviews that my money was wasted, but in the end I was content with the product (Aside from the fact that a couple of the shirt slogans were so cheeky that my wife says i should not wear them when she is with me, but that is my fault!)

Loved the tshirts I bought. All are as advertised – I ordered 3 Ts and 1 pair of pants. The order was a few weeks before any delivery. But 1 T and the pants arrived on Christmas Day. are not small if you assume you need 1 Size up to be sure. I do that for all online as sizes vary so much for all goods. I've had lovely comments about the tshirts. Their wording is unique. I may not buy more as I have a lot of shirts, but I really enjoy reading their ads and laughing at many of the logos. They are as legit as many others and I'm glad they have an aussie base. I specifically wrote this review as I find it being dealt a harsh rap. If you like the stuff order it. It is safe. Can't comment on returns because I didn't need to return anything. It all fit and was fit for purpose.

10 products ordered and received all perfect – I ordered 4 females t shirts, 2 males t shirts and 4 males singles, I honestly have been so pleased with them, yes the order was split up for shipping but they all still arrived and for free shipping who can complain? I had no problems – I had no problems dealing with Lilicloth. The order was processed quickly and accurately. I got a number of emails keeping me informed of the progress of the order. Happy – I ordered 4 x tee shirts from them. I then read all the negative reviews and thought I have wasted my money. But after a couple of weeks I received the shirts and was pleasantly surprised by the quality and the sizes ordered. I used the sizing chart, that worked for me but if in doubt order one size up that you calculate. Thy have been washed with no shrinkage. I would order again from them. Show details

the T-shirt designs are fun. Having ordered another T-shirt well over a year ago, I can confirm though that the quality is pretty ordinary.

Not as good as they look in pictures – Order was split over multiple shipments. Did eventually receive all the items but it took over a month after ordering. T-shirts were poorly finished - just cut/unfinished edges which look cheap and just roll up when wearing. Cushion covers were different material to what was shown in picture and seams are not strong. Do not trust this company – they split my order into 4 packages, took weeks to deliver the first one then said my address couldnt be delivered to and no refund. Never again bunch of crooks

I have purchased from that company – have purchased from that company 10 t-shirts on 17 of November it's 11 days now. So far I haven't get any email from them . I have emailed them about three times no replying from them. They only flood my email with their advertising but not answering my question. Will go to the bank tomorrow and try to stop my payment. I spent 213.99 Nz dollars i believe they are scam. Otherwise very bad customer service.

Will never buy from this company again – I contacted the company letting them know the quality of fabric on 4 items was terrible, organised a return, postage was $60, tracking didnt work, months later I received the returns, contacted the company again on numerous occasions, all they offered was a 25% refund, months later still no refund, they are liars and totally incompetent on customer satisfaction. had to pay for return postage, but when I requested a refund, I discovered they had to be shipped to China - at my own cost! I searched and re-searched the website, but this information was not available anywhere, and, like others, I had been duped into thinking it was a company in Australia. I placed my original order on 9 Dec 2021, the return was approved on 2 Jan 2022, I posted it . . . and three months later it was returned to me!!! All I can say is, avoid this company and tell all your friends and connections!

problem. when i have said they have not been i have been sent a screen shot say they have. and its my problem to contact shipping company's as they shipped it. refuse to help or offer a refund for wasted time.

Beware prices shown are US$ – Loved the online products, however no where does the website advise prices are in US$ plus when using a credit card you incur a foreign transaction fee. Never again.

Warning to others – Ordered shoes and a tee shirt, shoes arrived, the tee shirt did not. Sent the company two emails, with no reply. Lucky I used PayPal, as it forced them to refund the cost. I want to warn others that they will not respond unless forced to. So be careful how you pay.
