DO NOT BUY from this place it is not in Australia the products are faulty and they say they will refund but they dont they are based in Neverthlands its very deceiving, I thought it was in Melbourne the only stars are minus please please dont waste your money like I did Show details
One star is being kind and I only give that because I actually received the product. However, this item did not come from the country it looked to be coming from when I bought it. It was not good quality. I do not want it, however if I want a refund I have to post to China which would cost more than the item. Not good enough. Scam. Show details
Fraud. The products are very bad quality. Certainly not as shown in pictures. And when is asked to return and refund. I was told to post to China. The freight was almost as much the price of product. So I got no refund. Don't buy. Show details

Photos on website look nothing like what they ship to you. Description is false and misleading and they won’t take responsibility for it. Scam! Show details
At this stage I would give Lily Melbourne a zero. My children bought me a lounge suit ( tracksuit) in a 5xl. I normally wear a size 20. The sizing chart was used before purchasing. The item arrived and it would be a size 8 if I had to guess. Now for the AH move on Lily Melbourne part. Under Australian ACCC guidelines you cannot offer a partial… Read more
refund, an exchange or gifts card for the partial amount or return to a country outside of the home of the supplier. Lily Melbourne broke every one of these when approaching them to refund the Barbie sized 5xl clothing. I would not recommend purchasing anything from this brand. As usual, the buyer wears the fall from a diffusing Australian brand. I wanted to purchase Australian (I now realise is Asian). Do not buy from them. Wish I had seen the reviews first.
Extremely disappointing in the item i received from lilly Melbourne, I ordered a cotton linen blend set when my order arrived it wasn't as pictured in color and was 100% polyester for $95 AUD I think not. Don't buy from them Show details

The product never arrived. Their customer service kept changing the versions from “carrier lost your package”, “carrier couldn’t contact you” “it arrived months ago please message your local postal service” and they don’t even reveal which carrier… Read more
was supposed to be delivering it for me to contact them.
They’re making excuses to not refund a product that is probably lost (if it was even sent out in the first place).
Big scam, they don’t even have an ABN to report to ACCC.
Follow-up · The company email doesn’t exist anymore (info@lilymelbourne.com) I never received either the product, option of redelivery or a refund. They just stopped replying. I paid online, the tracking code existed only on a website called “17 Track . Net” so the delivery wasn’t recognised by AusPost. The tracking code wasn’t valid.

The pure cashmere cardigan was all acrylic, looked like a wet dog!! I’ve been trying to get a refund since mid July 2025. Apparently I’ve was intouch with a timo buse, if that’s a real person . He made me believe that if I sent back the product I… Read more
paid $80.00 for , I would receive my refund. It’s going on 3 months now , nearly $40 to send it back to ‘nowhere land’ and the original $80.00 .. I am so p’d off with these scammers. 24 emails back & forth and they have stopped replying. Their products are nasty , cheap and even cheaper looking… deceiving images of products and receiving rags. I normally don’t have issues with companies O’S, but these people, if that’s what u call them are Scammers / crooks with a capital S & C. Yes I know what ur thinking, I should have known better… doesn’t matter how wise u think u are , there are always thieves / crooks out there , not wanting to work, but use people to take their hard earned money… Please don’t fool yourself like I did , this company is bad news. I wish I read the reviews ( which are all negative) before I through away $120.00.. yes I feel like a fool, but I do believe in Karma!!! And it’s coming for them …. !!!!!!!! ** this was my original email I sent them:
Hi I’m just writing to say I’m extremely disappointed that this cardigan is ‘Not’ cashmere as it is advertised & says on your website, but 100% nylon…. Such a misrepresentation / untruth/ false advertising. I am very unhappy with this product you have sent me, it looks like a wet dog.
I want to return this for a full refund. I will also be leaving a review ( of which I have never done before) Please advise how I return this product for a full refund !!!!! I am sending image from your website that day it luxurious Cashmere:
This is where they told me to send it back to : Contact Name: Wang Maoqin Address: Lane 1177, Jianlan Road, Meixu Street, Yinzhou District City: Ningbo Zip code: 315100 Province: Zhejiang Country: China Tel: +86 15314571683
Who knows where this cardigan is, possibly went back on the streets with the other unfortunate wet dogs. I’ve also attached my tracking details with Aust post- still ‘Pending’ ♀️♀️♀️
Follow-up · Still no refund , no one’s reached out , typical no response !
I bought a top supposedly of 100% mohair wool only to receive the product with tag clearly showing it was 100% polyester!! Such a scam. Very disappointed. They did offer me a full refund but i had to return the product to Asia on my own cost! They… Read more
did give me another choice of 50% of what i paid for another purchase.. which hopefully will be a real product worth purchasing.
Follow-up · The only solution they offered were the full refund but you had to pay to return the product to Asia at your own cost or 50% off the next purchase. I chose the latter but have not tried purchasing anything else. How i felt? Cheated. They wouldn’t even admit to providing incorrect information about the product, nor make an attempt to fix it. I will never trust them!! I consider this a loss of good money that i paid.

No stars. Misleading using Melbourne in their name - comes from a bogus overseas site. Wonder if the item is ever coming and when it arrives it will not be as specified.

⭐☆☆☆☆ I purchased a pair of “leather” shoes from this company online. When they arrived, it was immediately obvious they were not real leather but fake material. When I tried to return them, customer service refused to acknowledge the false advertising and insisted I cover the cost of return shipping — even though the product was misrepresented.… Read more
On top of that, the return process was made unnecessarily difficult with hoops to jump through.
Selling fake products as genuine leather is dishonest. Expecting customers to pay to return something that was falsely advertised is absurd.
If you value honesty, transparency, and fair customer service — shop elsewhere.
Wish I had read reviews before I purchased Ilse leather handbag. What I received is nothing like what was advertised on their website. I have a case pending with PayPal but I am not holding my breath. $60 down the drain. What I don’t understand is how these people are allowed to operate. Total rip-off. I should have known better. I didn't even buy anything - thank goodness I read these reviews first! The website uses the usual 10% discount on the first purchase if you sign up for a newsletter. They sent me a code - and - it didn't work. So yes, a scam site from the outset. AVOID. Show details
No Stars. Scammers. Do not buy from them. I realised my mistake too late and then ended up with a fight with them. Refused to cancel my order and pretended to PayPal they had sent items out already when that wasn't the case. Provided bogus tracking information. How are they still allowed to operate?
I received a counterfeit item. Being in Australia I wasn’t familiar with the Scuffers brand, I thought I was ordering a legitimate Scuffers jumper as the photos on their website were extracted from the Scuffers website. The jumper was very undersized, poor quality fabric, no tags and an obvious counterfeit. They would not refund due to change of mind!!?? Do not buy from the website Show details
Disgraceful customer service. Two garments took nearly one month to arrive, when they arrived, they were of poor quality and were not cheap to purchase. thought this company operated out of Australia given the name; ' Lily Melbourne ' I chose to return the items for a full refund; I was provided with an address in China to which I had to incur the postage cost and told once the items arrived at that destination I would be refunded. when tracking the parcel from Australia after not receiving a refund after 2 months (in this time I could see the parcel was just sitting somewhere in China customs, then only to be returned to my address!) There has been numerous emails back & forth still without resolution. Lily Melbourne is now only offering a 40% refund stating again that they have no control or take no responsibility for this issue. Regretful that I didn't look at the reviews before purchasing these items as I can see this appears to be a common occurrence. Extremely disappointed and hoping this does not continue to happen to other shoppers.
So wished i had of read the reviews earlier. The product I'd receive wasn't what i ordered, just a very cheap version of it. You will not get your money back as they ignore any requests. Warning to all keep away from this site, it's a scam!! This site should be pulled down!!!!!!
Not even worthy of one star. Do not order from this website!!!!! Absolute scam!!!! They use stock photos on their website and then sew something ‘similar’ in a factory in China. image on the website. When I emailed to complain, I was given instructions on how and where to post the return but today (over two months later) it has been returned from China with a postage sticker on it saying the company refused receipt of it and posted ‘Return to Sender’ on it. Biggest scam website I’ve ever come across. Save your time and money - although the website looks completely legitimate, it’s an absolute scam

DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THIS COMPANY!!! If you request a refund, you'll find out that the company is based in China and I have been waiting 3 months and keep getting fobbed off and STILL no refund!!! Show details
Scam website. Looks like they trade as many different companies with objective of scamming customers. I have submitted issue to ACCC/fair trading but not sure what else to do. Please don't purchase anything from them. Will deliver an incorrect item that looks nothing like what you ordered and then demand you are responsible for paying shipping back to CHINA (even though delivered from Melbourne) for a refund. No stars if I could. Do not buy anything. Lily Melbourne is not based in Melbourne at all but China. Item was delivered but did not fit. Returning was a nightmare. Had to pay for postage & 3 months later item returned uncollected. Fortunately I bought it through PayPal & as soon as I put in a resolution conflict I got my money back minus initial & return postage. Purchased a “suede” jacket. Looks like it’s $10 from Temu. Pictures are not of the item I received. Cheap and nasty. When requested a refund they offered a 30% refund and I keep it or 60% credit voucher and I keep it or I post back to China at my own expense as well as postage to me is non refundable. Do not buy!
