Shame on Linen House for poor quality sewing up of Quilt Cover Set. Seams are crooked and raw edge of fabric is showing on part of one seam. Best service – Excellent service given when I enquired about another controller for our woollen electric blanket. That Excellent they sent me a new one within a couple of days. I've never received such an awesome experience with a broken product before.

Would never purchase sheets or quilt covers from this store again – Purchased a variety of items from Linen House including sheets, quilt covers, and vases. Their 400 thread count Nara sheets felt flimsy and very thin in comparison to my Sheridan Sheets. I almost felt like I could see through the material it was so thin. the packet. The fasteners are also cheap flimsy plastic fasteners that left me feeling as if Kmart offered better quality.

On the positive, their bamboo mattress and pillow protectors felt quite thick and durable. The vases were pretty but nothing special.

Everyday Market. I really wanted the quilt and text to say could I exchange it and she said get a refund from Woolworths. So I had to take the Comforter back to the post Office and return it. She wouldn't even speak to me on the phone. Terrible customer service she was so rude. Won't ever purchase from Linen House again. I have since received a refund from Woolworths, but unfortunately don't have a Comforter.

Love their Winton sheets - like living in a Hotel! – Have bought several times from Linen House and always impressed with the speed of delivery, quality of the products, value for money in comparison to other brands some of which are similar price but not even close for quality. Also the rare occasion I had a problem, the customer service was fantastic - highly recommend the Winton sheets, have not tried a lot of other because these are so good for what we like. Show details

Terrible cotton quilt – We bought a super king size cotton quilt and regretted it every day, all summer and autumn. It’s not breathable at all, probably better for winter than for summer. We would not recommend it. Show details

Wasted money – I paid $79 for luxury sheets from linnen house when they arrived they were 250 thread count simular to kmart brand i could of bought 3 sets at kmart for that price ,same quality.. And for $49 i got bamboo 2000 thread count from another online shop , i brought later that day as i was so disappointed in the shhets that turned up i will never buy from linen house again i was expecting 2500 tc not 250tc. Show details

Extraordinary customer service – I recently purchased towels online from linen house. It was easy to make the purchase and the goods arrived soon after, beautifully packed. One of the towels has a thread pulled and when I mentioned this to linen house, they immediately offered to replace it even though I had not asked for this. As an organisation they walk their talk....well done linen house.

So happy with Linen House! – Really huge range of interesting products and designs... I ordered some bamboo sheets and a colourful, tufted quilt cover and I love them! Silkiest Sheets Ever! – I absolutely love my Linen House products, I shop online regularly. My favourite product is Nara bamboo cotton sheets - I seriously can't sleep without them, the quality is perfection and I now have 3 colours. I've even converted all my friends and family. Best Quality – My son's room is decorated exclusively in Linen House bedding and my wife and I absolutely love it! Beautiful designs and excellent quality. Rip off – Ordered a quilt which we had to return as all the buttons at the end had been ripped off. Very poor quality. You will honestly find a better one in Kmart for $50 I just arrived home and my girlfriend said 'hey I just bought a new quilt cover' unbelievably she has ordered from another website not realising it's of the same brand 'linen house' low… Read more

and behold it's another shocker. Poor quality, cheap looking, not as in the picture, honestly do not buy this product, and boycot any stores trying to rip you off $150-$200. It's part our fault for not checking the reviews before hand.

received and posted back with a tracking number luckily and when they received it back I emailed to ask when I could expect Afterpay to return payment. No answer I emailed 3 times 2 days apart each time, no answer I then contacted Afterpay and they contacted them for me and it was returned immediately. Thank you Afterpay and no I wouldn't recommend purchasing from Linen House ever.

Good Customer Service but – Ordered linen quilt set during sale, was $125 and should have been considerably more. Lead times were fairly high at two weeks, although shipping was free. Based on this, I emailed to cancel my order before dispatch. Customer service were quick to respond and helpful. If this store stocks products that are not made in China at such high prices, I would be happy to purchase from them in future.

Poor quality product, very ordinary experience with customer service – I purchased the plush kids robe. It is a very thin, cheap product, not what I expected from a Linen House. Also it doesn’t have pockets whilst it is advertised with pockets. My experience with becoming a member was average, and the customer service over the phone was very underwhelming. 1st and last purchase with them. I’ll stick to eBay thanks! Show details
