Poor quality and non receipt of goods – Ordered three dresses but only two arrived, which are extremely poor quality and I believe have been misrepresented. Unable to reach their customer service by email. Messenger was just as bad and they claim my order number is incorrect despite me sending a screen shot of the email with the order number on it. Disgusted – Ordered a gorgeous looking dress only to receive the item almost 4 weeks later and was greatly disappointed with the quality of the fabric and it looking nothing like the item I ordered. Having paid top dollar for it which probably cost them $5.00 to manufacture. My suggestion is to never buy from these guys as you too will be greatly disappointed. Great swimmers at great peice – Bought swimmers on line. They arrived within the time stated. They are true to size and well made. I have had lots of comiments and recommended this site to friends.

Swimsuits – No issues at all. Products arrrived actually before the expected date. I bought a onepiece and a tankini , they were exactly what I hoped for. Not super top quality but great for the price. They fit and look great. Am very happy .

Excellent Service – Ordered 3 swimsuits. Arrived quickly. Size 14 arrived in (L). Far too long, bra too small, more of a size 16-18. Absolutely no trouble returning and receiving a 100% refund as long as you follow their specific instructions. Answered queries promptly. Always courteous. Cannot fault their service even though the quality swimsuits did not fit.

Refund - What Refund?? – I ordered an over swimsuit top/dress and as has been said before the sizing was incredibly small & quality was very questionable. I jumped through all the hoops for a refund (postage to USA was half of the refund amount) within the designated period, and 5 months later I'm still waiting even though I have contacted them numerous times. Stay well clear of them – Ordered a swim suit, it kept showing up as unpaid even though paid through Paypal. Would not reply to my emails, posts on their ads or my messages in messenger. Had to get refund through Paypal. Totally unreliable scam company.

Don’t go near this company – Purchased 5 swimsuits. Only 1 fit, others were like a size 8. Returned 4 as per T&C’s. Never saw refund of $180 after many attempts. Backend of website did not work. Will never buy from this company again.

Very poor quality clothing – Although listed as being in the USA, the clothing I ordered came directly from a Chinese manufacturer. Sizing is, therefore, smaller than expected. The 2 tops that I ordered are not like the promo photos - much shorter, poor quality fabric & buttons, although the lace trim on one is nice. If you do buy from this site, size up as it's Chines sizing = small. They were delivered relatively quickly by courier direct to my door.

Terrible – Bought online still waiting for it to arrive out of pocket $48 with no product ! Takes a month to arrive so if doesn’t fit or you don’t like it ! It’s impossible to return as it only has a 30 day return.

July 6th 2018 Update: Linkshe return problem

Please be careful when ordering from Linkshe. I had to go to PayPal to get my refund. I sent many messages to Linkshe and they never came back to me. I would not use this company again as I found them terrible to deal with.

Received nothing!! – 12 months + ago and still waiting for my order. Would never order on one of these sites again without reading the Reviews first. How do these dodgy companies get away with ripping people off? Waste of time and money...no replies... no contact whatsoever once they have your money. BEWARE!!!!

Colour looks washed out on both pairs of Bathers – I bought 2 pairs of bathers from you recently & on arrival they are washed out & not at all the bright colourful garments they appear to be online. I am not happy but its too expensive to return them!!

Sizes are tricky, as are returns! – Online, Purchasing was okay-my first order all I could get was small, & they are off the shoulder, casual, comfy long sleeved tops that everyone likes. to the States & then to somewhere back in China, then assessed, then back to the States, assessed again, then back to China & then to me! Not worth it. So to the tailor I went today, $70 to take 5" out of both tops, I looked hilarious, should have taken pics to show! They were supposed to be fitted snug, I looked like I'd climbed into a potato sack & it hung around my waist...time to embrace the sewing machine!

Received the total different design and size – I should have checked the review before I ordered. Their respond is consider quick, however they have sent me a different design and size of swimming suits. They offered me a 50% refund and asked me to keep the item. I insisted that it's not my fault and what's the point in keeping a XL when I ordered a M. Then they offered me 80%. I accepted it. Hopefully I will be able to receive my 80% refund.

Just didn't fit – Purchased on line, purchasing process ok, the mail delivery seem to take forever. I ordered a xl in size, but you would need to have a small bust to fit them, i am a 16e bra size. Actual colours are slightly different than on line picture.

Bad service!! Will never buy from them again!! – Worst experience ever!!! I bought a blouse that arrive after long waiting, it was badly designed and stitched, made of low quality polyester, was too small. When I contacted Linkshe they offered me 50$ refund and I didn't have to send it back...But they just has not followed it up, I am waiting fife months..Total silence!! Do not buy from them very bad service!!!

So so sad!!! – This makes me so sad, because I really love the styles of their clothes. I've waited over 30 days to get my order and still haven't seen anything. I finally looked at the reviews and see everyone is having the same problems and more. If I don't see my item in the next day or two, I will dispute my charge on my credit card. Hope it works out. Cheap and nasty clothing – These items I bought would be the worst quality all cheap replicas from China false advertising said the swim wear was Seafolly. I will never buy again from this web site. In fact I am going to send back and request my money back.

understanding customer's requests. I asked for shorts, we kept on going in circles as their response was not relating to my question, I lost the plot and just gave up. Received today and of course the bathers were paired with panties. I don't even want to try to contact their customer representative after the previous encounter. Reading some of the reviews it looks like a long battle ahead of me, so will just purchase shorts elsewhere and cut my losses, which is not fair. How can this Company be allowed to continue to trade and rip off customers. Can someone please explain.

Never buy bathers from Linkshe.com – Just don’t do it! Keep your money. I ordered a bathing suit and on the description it stated under wired. Not only was it not with underwire, but it was short and wide as well as the pattern being nowhere near as nice and same colours. Biggest appointment ever and impossible to find a return address. Warning warning warning!!!

They take your money, cancel your order and don't provide a refund.....should be ZERO stars – Purchased 3 pairs of swimmers with free international "immediate" shipping to wait three weeks for them never to arrive, Raised two tickets to follow up the order to find it was cancelled by LinkShe but they have never refunded the money. They say there is a "store credit" available but when logging on there is nothing. Avoid this company. Now trying to get the money back through Paypal. Shop Elsewhere!!!
